Episode 25: I’m Quitting Self-Help
The Self-Help Industry is a juggernaut and it's preying on your perception that the grass is always greener on the other side. We buy all the self-help books with the idea that within those pages, we will find THE answer that we're looking for.
But what if we're asking the wrong questions?
What if the answers we need to know are already inside of us?
Tune in as I riff on the importance of developing your own inner wisdom and trusting your intuition to uncover the answers you seek.
As always, I love to hear from you!

Episode 22: Organizing, Alter Egos, and Being a Soldier of Love with Jen Mitsakos
In this episode Professional Organizer and total rock star, Jen Mitsakos, and I sit down at my house for a cup of coffee to chat about spreading love in the world, raising boys, the importance of admitting when you're wrong, and asking your friends if they want your shit. She also dishes her favorite organizing advice and lets us in on a couple of her personal mottos. Complete with baby noises, talking dogs, and lots of laughter, this episode is just like sitting down with new friends that feel like old ones.

Episode 22: F*ck Your Intentions
Happy New Year, everyone!
They say that the road to hell is paved with good intentions, and I am not going to disagree with "them" (whoever "they" are). With January 1st in our rear view mirror, some of us have made resolutions and set intentions for how we want to be and do in 2019. The reality is that most people aren't going to follow through and uphold their intentions and resolutions. That's why I'm calling B.S. on your intentions and asking you to level up and commit to bringing them to life. On this episode, we're asking 3 simple yet powerful questions to make your intentions your reality:
What wants to happen here?
Who does that ask me to be?
What does that ask me to do?
