Episode # 12 The Butt Doctor
In today's episode we interview our first guest on the podcast, Dr. Ryan Sciacchitano ND, who the people have affectionately dubbed, "The Butt Doctor". Dr. Sciacchitano is a Naturopathic Doctor, a certified strength and conditioning coach and a sports nutritionist. He is also a former athlete, having played soccer for Toronto FC before becoming a Naturopath. It was during his time as an athlete that he realized how important glut strength and balance was to the overall health and relief of pain. It was this passion that drove him to writing a book title, "A Butt to Behold" that can be found on amazon. It dives into every aspect of the butt, the evolution of our gluts, anatomy, cellulite and most importantly how it can relate to pain and what to do about it. He also includes a 30 day buttmaker bootcamp, designed to strengthen and tone.
We had a great time recording this podcast and learned quite a lot! Dr. Sciacchitano's book can be found here: A Butt to Behold
