With a couple of big 8 point games and a 6 point game thrown in for good measure, we are no closer to knowing what the first week of the finals will be. But we did witness some cracking contests.

• The Dogs blew a golden opportunity to secure their finals spot.
• Melbourne & Brisbane played out a classic at the MCG. What did dropping Grundy say about the Demons?
• Geelong announced themselves as a contender and the Bombers failed a big test.
• Port Adelaide threw shade by resting 7 players. In spite of this are Carlton now "back"?
• A classic Sunday game today - the Roos are just awful.
• A little bit on the Suns and Stuart Dew's departure.
