22. Fascia
The inside of your body is slippery and Olivia really hates that word!
On this weeks episode of 2 Girls, 1 Pillow Fort, Marisa and Olivia are focusing on recovery.... specifically, fascia. They find out what the hell fascia is, why it is important to take care of it, and their favorite fascia tools.
21. Physical Activity and Movement
I like to move it, move it
I like to move it, move it
You like to move it
No, this episode isn’t about Madagascar, the silly movie where Chris Rock plays a zebra. Marisa and Olivia are talking about the how they move their bodies and why they move. And the ladies surprise each other by choosing the same thing to talk about! Are they vibing? They’re totally vibing. They also discuss Avril Lavigne, men’s love of muscles, Charlie Hunnam (Marisa’s favorite hottie), and the pros and cons of their chosen activity. And they can’t forget about what’s keeping them well! What’s keeping you well? How do you move? Join the 2 Girls in their Pillow Fort to chat, laugh, and explore movement.
20. Motivation
How do you even get started on your health and wellness journey? How did Marisa and Olivia get started? How to find your "WHY?"
19. Is BMI Bullshit?

15. Minimalism
Our world is loud.... and not just with noise. Most people own way too many things and are always looking to buy more. Practicing minimalism helps quiet the noise.
In this episode, Marisa and Olivia watched the documentary "Minimalism" on Netflix. They explore the way minimalism can help individuals, communities, and the environment!
14. Meditation
We're getting calm this week! Today we're discussing meditation.... but not the kind you're thinking.
For most people, when you hear the word meditation, you think sitting in an ashram in India, Eat, Pray, Love style. While this is the original form of meditation, the practice has evolved over thousands of years. If sitting still for an hour doesn't sound appealing to you, there are many other forms of meditation that you can practice.
We are discussing our favorite ways to calm our minds and turn off the noise of the world.
13. Do Fitness Programs Even Work?
This episode is full on giggles almost the whole time. We've been in quarantine over 100 days!
Everyone has seen all of the fitness programs out there. Every instagram influencer has one. Maybe you've tried a couple, maybe you have one that you swear by.
In this episode, we discuss some of the things we have tried and what worked for us. Olivia starts the 75 Hard Challenge and talks about what she has done so far. Marisa prefers doing her own thing and not following a strict workout plan.
12. Female Sexuality; The Pleasure Is Ours
**IF YOU ARE A PARENTAL FIGURE OF MARISA OR OLIVIA, DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE**

We're talking about sex, baby! More specifically, female sexuality and the shame that surrounds it. We watched the Goop Lap episode "The Pleasure Is Ours" featuring Betty Dodson. -The Betty Dodson workshop
-Sex education coming from Cosmo magazine, rumors, talking with friends, real sex HBO
-"Sex Stories From Catholic School"
-Fear mongering of children to scare them from pleasure and sex
-The concept of virginity
-Bad language about vaginas and products made to clean them
-Knowing your body physically before having sex with a partner
-How women’s bodies are portrayed in porn

** the audio isn't the best in this episode. Please bear with us, we're learning and getting better equipment!**
We made it to episode 10! In this episode, we discuss Taylor Swift's Netflix documentary, Miss Americana. We chose the documentary because we needed something fun to watch during the pandemic. It's crazy how many topics of conversation we are able to get out of this.
Let us know how you like it!
