Luke actually was the the Personal Trainer at Planet Fitness right before I began my Training career there.
I then worked with Luke at Munger Physical Therapy. While working with Physical Therapists, I myself learned a great deal more on how to become a better Personal Trainer. It was here that I decided I would specialize in Corrective Movement Training with my clients.
In this Episode, we spent a great deal of time discussing the changes we are seeing, and will see in the future due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
This includes Video calling for Training/Therapy sessions, Increased sanitation of equipment, and how to adapt to the gyms being closed by training at home.
We also spent time talking about how important it is to disconnect with the digital world, and to get outside and breathe fresh air.
