The Man At My Door
Today's podcast is a little different. You can choose to believe it, or not believe it. But this is absolutely true. I want to talk to you today about what I call the man at my door. This is part one of our 3 part spooky series!
Sick Too
I don't believe in coincidence when it comes to the people I meet. I believe everyone has been sent to me for a reason. When Lisa came into my life, I knew I was meant to guide her through her diagnosis, and she was meant to teach me. We are kindred spirits, and I am so happy she became a part of my life. Life threw us SOUR lemons (terminal illness'), and together are making lemonade.

The Moment That Changed Everything: Part One
this is just me being honest with you, my followers who I value and appreciate so much.
The truth is that life isn't always butterflies and rainbows,
I know this first hand. I have faced many demons over the years,
and this experience, in particular, was pivotal in shaping me into the person I am today.
In one chapter of my story, I endured sexual abuse for four years.
I have healed through this trauma, and I am sharing it with you
to offer total transparency. I am not a victim. I am passionate about
sharing this chapter of my story with you for one purpose. CHANGE.
1 in 4 women in North America will experience sexual assault in their lifetime
this is just of the reported cases and does not include how often this happens to men.
As I share my story, I will also have the privilege of educating our community through guest speakers who will provide resources, advice and help to others who have endured a similar crime.
So while I know hearing this part of my story will be difficult,
please know that my main goal is to bring awareness
to a difficult subject and use my voice in the pursuit of change. 24 HOUR SEXUAL ASSAULT SUPPORT LINE

Surrogacy: Madison's Story
This episode was a very special one for me. I am joined by an exceptional and inspirational guest to discuss all things surrogacy. Madison Massey is a talented photographer - recognized as one of Fredericton’s top 3 wedding photographers. She’s a military wife, mother of twin boys, a dear friend, and what most people don’t know is she was a surrogate at the young age of 23. Join me as I interview Madison to find out what lead to her decision to become a surrogate, what it’s like to be a surrogate in Canada, what her experience was like, and so much more. This is Madison’s Surrogacy Story.
Pregnancy: Kelly's Story
Most of you know I have 2 beautiful boys, but did you know I have had 7 pregnancies? I'm fortunate to have had two healthy children regardless of the struggles I had to get them. I think families are made up of all different case scenarios, and children come to us in many, many ways. And I guess when we're young, we don't know what those ways are going to be. But it doesn't matter whether it's adoption, your own biological, sperm doner, or surrogate (just to name a few), when that child is put into your arms or comes into your home and becomes a part of your family; it makes no difference. They are your children.
In The Blink Of An Eye: Part 3
Dear Karen Duffy
If you haven’t had the opportunity to listen to the podcast episode “In The Blink Of An Eye” you would have missed the moment that an Oprah Winfrey episode changed my life. Revlon model, writer, and actress, Karen Duffy spoke to me through the screen that day. Karen Duffy also has Sarcoidosis of the nervous system and it was her story that gave me the power to fight. This is my thank you to her.
