This week we drag Ronni Heake to her phone clear from Florida! We learn a few things: 

1. She used to be a single mom. 2. She is VERY happily married. 3. She has a great story about being a single mom and learning to cope with divorce and bringing new people into the lives of her daughter. and 4. Denny is NOT on the docket for a future marriage. There, we said it :) 

This is a great journey from when Jamie and Ronni first met in Korea (ask about womens under garments in Korea, it's pretty funny!) and how they became lifelong friends! It also tells a tale of a different route than where we are in regards to co-parenting and gives you a glimpse in a real life, current situation. Ronni should be an inspiration for all single parents, but even now there is a struggle with both sides trying to communicate...it's a great story to hear!

This week Jamie, Amanda, and Denny discuss #truths following a divorce. How does your child see things "post divorce"? As you listen, try to think how you handle situations......are you thinking about YOU or YOUR CHILD? 

Not everyone is going to be able to sing Kumbaya...we get it. But just listen......maybe you can gain SOMETHING.

Also, #dickdance is in full review! Hear all about the night that had Jamie's mother driving to the venue giving her money at the door!  Prego Amanda was ON STAGE.......all while Good Dad Denny sat home with kids keeping the family together :)

Speaking of keeping the family together.....Oct 19th was the "Almost Wedding Day"....until Denny knocked Amanda up. The dress was already paid for...time to move the wedding! 

Speaking of knocked up....IT'S A GIRL! Amanda learned all about the sex of the baby! January 2020 will bring Isabelle Louise into the world! Obviously there's more to come on that! Stay tuned! 

This is our first "Take 2" episode.....we recorded earlier this week and it was just bad. We sort of piggy back off of our number 1 listened to episode "Rules, There's Always Rules". We talk about different scenarios that we may have been involved in throughout our time "co-parenting". 

Jamie gets real talking about the beginning and Amanda is right with her.....you'll hear both sides. It's really interesting to hear both perspectives.

Denny TRIED giving the "noise machine" to Jamie....that didn't work out too well.....I guess we will just leave it with Denny for now :) BTW....he produces the show.

Be sure and listen next week as we chronicle the girls night out at a Male Dancing show.....yeah, it's one of those. Denny had some rules of his own!

This week Denny, Jamie, and Amanda talk about being judged....both good and bad! Did you know there is "good judgment"?

What a cornucopia of an episode! Let's just call a spade a spade......Jamie was off her game. Amanda was chattier than normal, and Denny struggled controlling it all! 

We spend a lot of time discussing "Judgmental Parenting" and cover an incident at a local Fazoli's. (Note, maybe it's best to speak your mind when you feel it). Denny TRIES to do the usual "webpage tie-in" to our topic....but it sort of misses the mark :) 

There's a couple of funny moments in this one, so just sit back and try to keep up! At the very least you'll laugh when Amanda tries describing the areas on your body that  you can breathe through!

In this weeks edition, Jamie, Denny, and Amanda get together to finish what we started last week. We tackle spoiled kids, spanking, breast feeding, and religion just to name a few! 

We also get a chance to fill you in on how the TGCSOD Family Fantasy Football League is shaping up. This one has a lot of sass behind it....if you're going to miss one you'd be doing yourself a favor to hear this one out.

Please note: whatever YOU do to parent your kids is up to you. We hope it comes from a place of love and not control.......a way to "teach" our kids, I suppose. Parenting is hard enough that raising your kids shouldn't be under constant scrutiny. Scrutiny won't come from us....we've got your back. (Even if we disagree with your tactics....but please remember to respect ours too!)

Picture this......An ex wife, two grown kids, the fiance, and Dad (ex-husband/ now fiance) all get together to draft fantasy football teams. Last year Jamie was not involved in the draft.....a league that Amanda WON. (Hear the horrid details of that improbable run on this episode). To top things off, we allowed Audrey and Braxton a team also.....a team that would auto-draft. What Hell awaits if they win? Who drafted the best team? Most importantly, who had the best team name?

This is a break from the heavy stuff. Listen as each person let's you peak behind the curtain on their fantasy football strategy! We'll keep you updated throughout the season....we all already know who will win.
