It's always great to have your clients get pre approved before you start taking them on showings. But that doesn't mean that you have to do it in order to be a successful.

Some people come into this industry with the money to be able to spend it on any form of prospecting . However, It doesn't matter about how much money you have, instead it matters about what you do with the resources that you do have available.

It's tough balancing your business and personal life. Sometimes it can become overbearing. But when you do end up finding that perfect balance everything just seems to come together. 

Let's take a deep dive into the challenges that come with being a realtor. Most people think it's all sunshine and rainbows, but that could be further from the truth. 

Closings are happening everyday. But, I couldn't understand why I wasn't able to close any deals. That was until I finally figured it out all out, or that's what I thought.
