At an early age, Christina witnessed her mother struggle with heroin addiction, frequently going in and out of rehab or jail. Christina's father remained largely absent from her life. At the age of four, Brooke was physically abused by her mother. Then, while in college, she was sexually abused, and the college did not believe her story. Those traumatic experiences led Brooke to alcoholism and suicidal thoughts. In spite of it all, Brooke has been able to find healing in her mental health journey, and she is now a first-time homeowner!!!!!. Listen and learn how she was able to find healing.
