Being called stupid or made to feel like you are, is a common feeling ADHDers face when trying to navigate the world. Quite often it starts in school and sometimes at home.
Join us this week as hosts Beza and Mani discuss the misconception ADHDers also have a low IQ with ADHD Babes Shereen and Abigail. They discuss ableism and how this could be improved, masking and cultural dynamics. Drawing from their own experiences, they share their own stories and delve into where the problems lie and how to improve them.

ADHD Babes is a community for black women and non-binary people to share their voices, experience and knowledge. We aim to empower people with community, tools, learning and healing spaces to redefine ADHD, tackle its difficulties and utilise it's strengths.
During the podcast, we'll be delving into the everything ADHD and what its like living in a neurotypical world for neurodivergents. From finding out about ADHD to navigating through routines to managing symptoms. Whether that's a group discussion or guest speaker teaching us more about our beautiful brains.
