RPA plus API
In this episode, I am touching on the politics of automation, on how API is not the future and how RPA will eventually prevail by assimilating API. IT is in a very risky position right now because it is captured by some traditional IT, which has never understood RPA and wants to kill it. But they won't success and the longer they refuse to get RPA onboard, the more IT departments will suffer

Agile Intelligent Automation
In this episode I am describing why I think Agile is great and how to measure improvement better in time by diving the capacity by the number of developers or even better, by the number of hours worked by the developers. In this way, you can compare yourself with your past self, because the traditional capacity does allow you to control for the number of people who work in the team

Does a software robot really save time? What are the constraints?
In this episode, I am exploring two questions that I have asked 8 people, both in IT and business, and who have participated in RPA projects delivery before. The first question was if RPA really saves and time, the second what are the constraints of RPA. These 2 questions were part of the survey I did for my MBA thesis. The 10 questions together with their answers will be published in my forthcoming book on the challenges with implementing intelligent automation.

UiPath will need to drop their prices
In this episode, I am arguing that a UiPath robot license has become recently a too high price to pay, when on the market there are several options to consider at similar capabilities for zero-licensing costs.

The Future of RPA is also in Data Science
In this episode, I am exploring some of the possibilities to augment the current "well-behaved" bots with other technologies. For example, I believe data science has a lot of potential to be incorporated as soon as possible into RPA bots. Why? Because the skills are already here, and because data is the new oil. Augmenting humans with machine learning recommendations seems to be the logical next step.

In this episode I explore if the benefits of the Intelligent Automation are real.
I demonstrate that your net profits for year 1 of automation can be around half million dollars. Not bad, right?
So why is this called a hype? Because there are lots of exxagerations about these numbers.
However, the hype is real as RPA jobs market exploded.
