Lahna won bronze in the 2016 Rio Games in ParaTriathlon. He also is an Ironman Kona and Norsemen Xtreme Triathlon Finisher. We take a look into how triathlons became a part of his life and taken him all over the world as well as all the successes he's achieved.

“Chase your butterflies.” - Dana Mathewson. In today's adventure, we speak with Dana Mathewson, a Team USA Wheelchair Tennis player, two time Paralympian (Rio and Tokyo). Dana is the highest-ranked wheelchair tennis player in the world. She gives us a look at how she came to terms with her disability at an early age and turning it into something to make her stronger. Dana shares stories about winning on the biggest stage and her journey playing overseas.

In today's adventure, we speak with Avery Downing, an Alabama wheelchair tennis and wheelchair basketball player. She tells us a bit about her success in two sports for Alabama, what she enjoys outside of sports, and how the Alabama family has changed her life. Listen in to learn more about Avery!

In today’s adventure we hear from Dan, Dom, and Joe Roper. They are three brothers who play for their goalball team, the Fen Tigers. They grew up playing the sport together and have had great success. Listen in to hear them speak about their love for goalball and the goalball family.

Today’s adventure features Josh McEntee and Josh Windle, two goalball players and best friends. Josh and Josh met through playing goalball and share many common interests beyond the sport. Listen in to hear how this sport changed their lives.

In today’s adventure, Laura Brooks and Mo Ahmed of the Birmingham Goalball Club. Both are athletes and are very proud of come from such a successful goalball club. Laura is also the welfare officer of the club. They share what they love the most about the club and how they see their club progressing in the future with exciting events such as the World Blind Games!

In today’s adventure we hear from Goalball UK Ambassador, Naqi Rizvi. Naqi is super passionate about the sport of goalball and growing it. He comes from a background in tennis but found goalball to be his sport. Listen in to hear Naqi speak about how he uses his platform to educate people on sport for those with visual impairments.

He is a gold medalist in the Paralympics (London and Rio), IPC World Championships (Lyon, Doha, and London), and IPC European Championships (Swansea and Grosseto). In today's adventure, we feature Olivia "Livvy" Breen. Olivia is a Paralympic sprinter and long jumper on Team Great Britain. She has won gold in the IPC World Championships, IPC European Championships, and Commonwealth Games as well as taking bronze at the 2012 London Paralympics. Listen in to hear Olivia speak about her sporting story leading all the way up to the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics. 

In today's adventure, we continue our feature with Disability Sport Wales by speaking with Jodie Grinham. Jodie is a para-archer and won the silver medal at the 2019 Rio Paralympics. She shares how her family played a role in her decision to be an archer as well as what she hopes people learn from watching and participating in the sport of archery! 

In today's adventure, we hear from Tom Matthews who is on the way to his first Paralympics in Tokyo. He is currently ranked #8 in the world for wheelchair table tennis. Listen in to hear Tom talk about his story, how he found table tennis, and what he is most excited for in Tokyo! 

In today's adventure, we hear from Martrell Stevens. Martrell is a student-athlete from the Ryan Martin Foundation. Originally from Chicago, Martrell finds himself going to the University of Illinois this fall to play wheelchair basketball there. He shares how RMF has impacted his life and learned about himself by playing wheelchair basketball. 

In today's adventure we hear from Lucy Shuker, a wheelchair tennis player who represents Great Britain. Lucy has over 100 international titles and is just coming off of finishing runner-up in doubles at this year's Wimbledon. Listen in to hear how tennis has impacted her life and what she is looking forward to in Tokyo 2020. 

For today's adventure, meet David Brown. David was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease at 15 months old.  This resulted in Glaucoma and ultimately took his sight by the time he was 13 years old. He is a Paralympian and Gold Medalist from Rio 2016. He is looking forward to competing in this year's Tokyo Paralympics in just a few weeks.

In today's adventure, we hear from para-powerlifter on Team Great Britain, Ali Jawad. Ali was born without legs and started powerlifting at age 16. He has competed in lifting competitions all around the world and is looking forward to competing in Tokyo in just a few weeks. He is determined to show the world that anything is possible. 

In today's adventure, Mitch Joynt of Team New Zealand tells us about his story of finding athletics. Growing up in New Zealand, he did many sports but it wasn't until his accident that he found running to be his sport. Listen in to learn about Mitch and his passions including snowboarding!
