The final chapter of the book talks about Roberts consistent habits of success. Stop doing what you are doing and assess what's working and what's not working.  Look for new ideas. Think big. Learn from history. Action always beats inaction.

Chapter 8 includes Robert's 10 steps to financial success. His steps include: the power of spirit, the power of choice, the power of association, the power of learning quickly, the power of self discipline, the power of good advice, the power of getting something from nothing, the power of focus, the power of myth, and the power of giving.

Chapter 7 talks about the five main reasons people aren't making the most of their money: fear, cynicism, laziness, bad habits, and arrogance. Self awareness of these actions in life can lead to more success and happiness. Obstacles are just situations that haven't been solved.

Chapter 6 talks about the importance of learning over earning (especially when younger). The goal is to plan for a long life, and we must learn to act like it. Are we worried about the path we are on or just worried about the next paycheck?

In chapter 5 the book talks about how the world is changing rapidly. Land was wealth 300 years ago, but today, wealth is in information. Something that worked yesterday may not work today. Opportunities are everywhere, don't forget to look for them.

In chapter 4 the book talks about how taxes were supposed to work and how they actually work. It can turn out to be quite expensive if you don't know the law. Financial IQ is crucial and consists of four things: basic accounting, investing, understanding markets, and the law. 

In chapter three the book talks about why you should mind your own business, and quit worrying about others. There is a big difference between your profession and your business. The end goal is to have money working for you, and it's important to recognize that early.

In chapter two the book talks about the importance of controlling your money, and not letting it control you. Learning the difference between buying assets and liabilities is simple, yet so difficult for most. Money isn't the solution, intelligence and your ability to learn is. Take time to invest in your financial education, and you won't be disappointed. 

In chapter one the book talks about not letting life push you around. Money doesn't solve problems, your brain does. Use your emotions to think, don't think with your emotions. Once you see one opportunity, you'll see them for the rest of your life.
