Psoriasis is one of the most prominent autoimmune diseases in the world, and learning how to deal with your body while it possibly rages against you visibly can be difficult. As we like to say, you are never in this alone. #AUTOCOMMUNITY

Hello and welcome to the AutoCommunity, a podcast hosted by Alexandra Cain Wildeson featuring husband Cooper Wildeson discussing autoimmune disorders, what it's like living with one, and hopefully providing some valuable knowledge that we have learned on our journey. The first episode is an appropriately chaotic introduction of us, our life with P.A.N., and what brought us to the point of wanting to share personal stories on the internet. We hope you enjoy, and if you are facing similar struggles, find a community here.
