Differences at Work
When I was in 9th grade, my soccer coach taught me a lifelong lesson about handling differences at work in a way that centers our humanity, not focusing on what differentiates us. On today's episode, I share that story and why I'm so passionate about helping leaders learn to manage conflict effectively.

The Secret to an Easier Life
Be brave and purposeful. These words have been my guide in how I strive to show up in life.
Leadership has never been just a title or a position. It is the alignment of values, vision, and action. It’s how you show up. And my personal mission is to show up in a brave and purposeful way.
I want to challenge you to be a better leader. This podcast is your leadership playbook. I'm giving you actionable steps for you to take that will help you lead with courage and intention.
When thinking about where I wanted to start the podcast, there’s one place I come back to over and over again in my work on leadership: core values. Self-awareness is the foundation of leadership and knowing who you are and what you stand for - aka your values - is critical.
In this episode, I’m sharing the secret to living an easier life. Big hint - the sooner you figure out what your core values are, the easier life is going to get for you!

Control Your Calendar, Control Your Life
September 1st feels like the unofficial end of summer, but the start of something new. You can start anything anytime, but sometimes we need the fresh start of a new school year, or new season to motivate us.
A new season is also a great time to re-align. Figure out what’s working and what’s not. Bring more intentionality back to your life.
If summer is for ditching schedules and embracing lazy hazy days with no plans, September is the complete opposite. Whenever I feel the pressure and stress of too many things going on, I remember one principle that helps me every time: Control Your Calendar, Control Your Life.
In this episode, I share a few strategies for making small changes to your calendar that give you massive results.
