Thank you!/Season 2 Plans & Preview
This is the 10th episode of season 1 of the All-Strong Podcast, and while it's not a topical one, it's one that thanks you for your support and lets you know just how much is waiting for you in season 2. There's a ton of material still to cover, but I'd be doing a disservice if I didn't secure some guests to talk about them on the show alongside me. I'm really excited to get into all the topics you've suggested, and in case there are any on the list that don't cover your questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch and let me know what they are! Thanks so much for your support so far; I can't wait to bring you more in the next batch of episodes!

How Do I Keep on Top of My Recovery?
Recovery! A huge topic, and one that's essential for EVERYONE to learn about. What is it? What does it look like? What does it involve? I'm breaking it all down for you today while we line up guests for the next few episodes, so hopefully it's a good one to fill the gap with!

Why Does Everyone Need to Be Stronger?
This week it's another question from me while I think about getting together with some guests for questions that have been asked over the past while. We're talking strength training as always, but more specifically the benefits of strength training and why they're totally necessary for everyone, not just athletes. We're also touching on the basics of what you need to get stronger in the first place, and how many people try and avoid them, for whatever reason. Got a question of your own? Send it my way!

How Do I Overcome Training Plateaus?
Fun fact: this episode is the first one I've managed in one(ish) take! Anyway, we're talking about reaching training plateaus, and how you can overcome them with the use of stimuli and programming. Stuck in a rut and not making any progress? Listen along to find out what you can do. It's normal to hit plateaus in the gym, but dealing with them properly will make or break whether you come out the other side and keep getting better. Any questions? Send them my way! all-strong.com/

What's Better, Heavy Weights or Light Weights?
We're going after a big one today! Not only that, we're also looking at some emerging science on the topic to completely change your perception of it at the same time! Basically, rep ranges for muscle growth are changing, and the old repetition continuum is being thrown out of the window. If you're looking to train hypertrophy, then there's some new science on the block, and I'm here to explain it to you. Oh, and if you want to get stronger? Nothing's changed. You still have to lift heavy. Sorry!  Thanks to Niraj Kapur from everybodyworksinsales.com for submitting this question on LinkedIn.

Fitness & Lifestyle, and the Importance of Good Coaching (with Steve Lazars of Advanced Perspective)
Guest alert! This week we've got the pleasure of hearing from Steve Lazars, a professional cricketer, life coach and mentor. Steve just launched a new lifestyle mentoring project called Advanced Perspective, which you'll be able to check out in this week's notes (al-strong.com). He's helped me massively when it comes to analysing the angles of my business which I could focus more on growing, and I'm sure he could do a huge amount for you too. This week's discussion is based around using fitness to shape a good lifestyle, but we also talk about the importance of (GOOD) coaching and how professionals in every industry should be respected for their knowledge and ability to enhance your life. As always, head to all-strong.com for anything you might need, and don't forget to keep submitting questions!

Stress, Overtraining & Adaptation: How Do I Get Stronger?
We back! This week, we're building on the principles of last time, talking about stressors, General Adaptation Syndrome (GAS) and why pushing yourself in the gym isn't always the answer. We talk a little about recovery and handling stress too, so stick around for that! As always, head to all-strong.com/ to read the notes and ask any questions you might have for future episodes.
