In episode 8, Philly Phil and the Beard do an episode on Noble Oak Distillery's Double Oak Bourbon. This unique bourbon is finished in Sherry Oak barrels which leads to interesting tasting notes from the guys. The guys discuss the trees planted by the distillery as well as the big ownership group who has a hand in everything.

In this episode, Philly Phil and the Beard break down the cult wine BV (Beaulieu Vineyard) Georges De Latour. This 2019 Cab Sauv is a hit between the two, too bad Wee Man didn't make this pod as it has high ranks!!! It's easy to see why everyone loves this wine, and it's a must to go out an purchase. In Episode 5 of season 4, the boys go to a bottle of Pinot Noir from the Willameete Valley of Oregan. No suprise this bottle doesnt hit the highest marks, but come enjoy and see what they think of this Northwest Territory Red.

After a long layoff beacuse of Weeman visting Space Force and Saudi, the boys are back and with a American Whiskey that is as unique and as secreative as Space Force itself. After your normal banter the guys try to give what little info they can find on Barrell Whiskey and try to compare it to other higher proof whiskeys from over the years. In this episode the boys welcome back Weeman from Spaceforce???? They review the 2017 JCB Surrealist and talk all about this wonderful Napa Valley Napa Red. This unique blend brings out great tasting notes from this Cab Sauv Petitot Verdot blend.

In this episode the boys taste the 2020 Four Roses Limited Edition Barrel Strength Small Batch. This unique bottle is comes in at 55.7%, and becomes a big hit with two of our three guys. The Beard talks all things Four Roses, with of course the google machine master himself (PHILLY PHIL) bringing the HEAT with all things Four Roses for your knowledge. In this episode Philly Phil and the Beard of Knowledge set out to Kentucky to do a first Live episode on All American Wine and Whiskey.   The guys breakdown their first tasting and Bardstown Distillery and discuss the growing lineup as well as their first tasting experience.

In this episode Philly Phil and The Beard welcome again The Prof who is sitting in for Weeman.  They discuss the 2012 Pride Reserve Cab Sauv.    This special bottle coming from a winery that sits in both Sonoma and Napa County gets great marks from the guys.     Could it be because Philly Phil and The Beard had a couple of wines before, or is this truly a special wine?   Tune in the episode to find out!    

In the 13th Episode of Season 2, the boys focus on this Veteran Owned Distillery Hooten and Young.    Specifically the boys try out their 12 year American Whiskey sourced from MGP.    Listen as they give you details on the owners past military experience which lead to the making of the 2001 movie Black Hawk Down, as well as give tasting notes on this true American Whiskey.

In Episode 12 of Season 2 the guys come back from Spring Break and discuss a cult wine from Bond.   This 2014 Bond Vecina was inspired by The Beards Spring Break and finding a bottle of 2005 while dining in San Antonio.    Have a listen to what the boys think of this Napa Valley Cult Red Wine and if it stacks up to its price tag and claim to fame.

In this episode the boys discuss Washington State, Sheridan Vineyards.    Wee Man, Philly Phil, and the Beard give their thoughts on the Yakima Valley Cab Franc from 2017 called the Boss Block.     The guys enjoy stepping outside of their normal Napa Comfort zone and break down all things Yakima Valley.   

In Season 2 Episode 3, the Beard travels to meet his good friend "Todd The Bod" to discuss his hometown distillery, Fordham Lee.   Found out about this unique bourbon from Maryland and how it got its namesake.

In the second episode of season two the Beard of Knowledge has on his father "the stash" and they discuss with WeeMan and Philly Phil a winery in Napa that they visited over the summer, Provenance Vineyards.    As the guys sample the 2017 Provenance Vineyards Barrel Select Rutherford Cab, learn about the unique host during the tasting.  

In the Premier Of Season 2, the boys talk about a bourbon they discovered on the coast of South Carolina.   Anita's Choice from Burnt Church, is a 6 grain Bourbon which the guys discuss the unique taste as well as a unique membership opportunity that they offer.     Also the guys catch up on everything from the recording studio to drinking in the Saudi.  

In this episode the guys talk all things Maker's Mark Private Selection.    While sampling 6 different Private Select picks the guys go through the 5 current and 1 past stave and talk profiles of each and how they make the bourbons selected unique.    

In this episode Wee Man, Philly Phil, and the Beard open up some Dusty Old Bottles.     First up is a Bottle of D' Oliveiras Madeira from 1980.   This Boal style Madeira is a big favorite of Wee Man and the Beard, as its the bottle from the year they were born.   The guys explain how this fortified wine became an "American Wine".    In segment 2 the guys get a chance to crack open a bottle of 1984 Jack Daniels, that was recently gifted to the Beard.    Lastly, Philly Phil opens up a special bottle of 1999 Wild Turkey 8 year that he got from his deceased father.  There might be a little dust on the bottle!    

In this special episode the guys get the chance to interview John Cooper, Co-Founder of Dad's Hat Rye from PA.    John gives us a history about Dad's Hat Rye and the specific Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey.     This great in depth conversation covers sourcing, various styles produced by Dad's Hat, and the process of bringing back a great 18th century Rye.    

In this Episode Philly Phil comes back from Philly and tells us about his hunting trip for wine and whiskey.   During his visit he goes to the Italian Market and brings back some Di Bruno Brothers Meats and Cheeses for us to sample along with a DeChaunac wine from Clover Hill Vineyards.    Luckily Special Guest Prof brings a spare bottle of 2007 Nickel and Nickel State RANCH Cab, as the first bottle was less than ideal.   In the whiskey segment Philly Phil brings us two Philly whiskey's, the Four Grain Bourbon from Bluebird and a Bourbon from Resurgent.     

On Bottles Never Remembered the Prof fills in for Philly Phil and special guest WineO joins Weeman and the Beard.    The guys discuss those Bottles Never Remembered which starts with a trip to Napa when WeeMan and the Beard have a bottle of Screaming Eagle, which leads to a warm wake up call.   The Guys drink and rate 2012 Screaming Eagle Second Flight.   Then is segment two the WeeMan and the Beard talk about a bottle of 9 Year Old Fitzgerald which Wee doesn't remember on a trip to the D, while the guys get to taste it and give reviews.    WineO tries to recall a 1940s old fitz duster on a duck hunting trip which leads.    BOTTLES NEVER REMEMBERED!  

Special Guest, Cincy joins the guys to talk about Wine and Whiskey in Film.    In this epidsode you will hear about the movie, Bottleshock and how Napa Valley became Napa that we know today.   In this first segment we will review a bottle of 2003 Chateau Montelena.   In segment two we will tackle the documentary NEAT, and talk all things bourbon with a special bottle of Blantons.  

On Episode 6 The boys welcome special guest "THE PROFESSIONAL" to the show.    In the first segment the guys discuss the Ridge East Bench 2018 100% Zinafandel from Cali.    The the fun begins as the jet set to Vegas Memory Lane and discuss Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Batch 23.   Just like Vegas this discussion gets HOT!
