Welcome to All Creatives Now - your one-stop creativity spot
Hi there, and welcome to All Creatives Now, a brand new one-stop creativity spot where you can find all the information and resources you need to unleash your creative potential. Well, that's the plan, anyway. Across our website, podcast, and Youtube channel you'll find interviews that will inspire you whatever your creative discipline, as well as tutorials, articles, and other resources that will help you develop your creativity skills, connect with other creatives, and get your work out there into the world. That's where it belongs, after all.
There's a new economy emerging, and it's built on creativity, driven by a new breed of makers leveraging the power of the internet to share their work with the world. There has quite literally never been a better time to be a creative, but at the same time, there's never been a harder time, either. All Creatives Now was devised with the intention of examining this brave new world, looking at the growth in the creator economy, and facilitating conversations amongst creatives about what it is to be a creator in the modern world.
How do you keep integrity when dealing with global multinational distribution? How do you get attention in increasingly pay-to-play systems and algorithms? Is it okay to not want to make a living doing what I love? And is it okay if I do? And of course, the age-old question: Do I really need to humiliate myself by doing a terrible dance to get a TikTok following? We'll be looking into all of these across our podcast, Youtube channel, and blog, helping any modern creative find inspiration, tips, hacks, and possibly even a fiver down the back of the sofa. Seriously, have you checked down there lately? You never know!
The All Creatives Now podcast is hosted by authors Paul Stephenson and Kev Harrison, and will feature interviews with creatives from a range of disciplines, from designers to musicians, from stand-ups to illustrators, as well as guest contributors from the companies bringing a range of new tools to help creatives reach their potential.
