Eddie Brennan of 1911 Hard Cider and Beak & Skiff apple orchard
We had the opportunity to sit down with Eddie Brennan, the President & Co-Owner of the Beak & Skiff apple orchard and 1911 Established Hard Cider on location at their beautiful Apple Hill campus in upstate New York.
Eddie talks to us about the history of their 1,000 acre apple orchard, dating back to the early 1900’s, the creation of their tree to can 1911 cider brand about a decade ago, and their rapid growth and the evolution of the 1911 cider brand over the last couple of years. It was a fun and interesting conversation.
