Empath-y Experiment 1: Reflection Meditation (with background music)
Welcome to the empath-y experiments, a mini experiment you can try out to put a new empathy related skill, tool or mindset into action.
These experiments will come in many different shapes and sizes, activities you can try on your own or in your relationships and communities.
In this bite sized episode, we’re going to take some time to reflect.
Moving from one thing to the next, we don't always get time for ourselves to take stock, think about what we're grateful for, the type of life we want to live and whether are actions helping or hindering us move towards that life.
If we don't have the compassion for ourselves to carve this time out, it's hard to maintain the energy and time needed to have empathy for others.
That's what this moment is all about.
