This easily could have been an hour-long PSA about the importance of stretching. 

Amber recently ran the Publix Atlanta half marathon (in the cold and with nonstop rain!) and has not stopped talking about it. She also talks about the Russia/Ukraine war and how media outlets across the globe are showing their bigotry by expressing their sympathy towards the Ukrainians because they have European blond-haired, blue-eyed features. Oh, and WNBA star Britney Griner was detained in Russia for transporting hashish oil cartridges in her luggage. Shit stay happenin.'

First episode of the year! Here's the gist:

2021 is coming to an end and it can totally kick rocks. This year was a ball-bust, but we made it. Cheers to that. Amber also makes NBA mid-season predictions. Y'all have a good rest of the year, and catch y'all in the new one!

A lot has happened in the last month, including recent tragic and abrupt deaths of Memphis rapper Young Dolph abd fashion icon Virgil Abloh passing from cancer. Not to mention another young angry white male school shooter (which Amber forgot to mention in this episode, ironically). She also breaks down the Hawks games she's since attended as well as the most recent (and BEST) Verzuz with Bone Thugs vs. Three 6 Mafia. 

Two episodes within a week - woohoo! This also marks the 30th episode for this season.

Amber went to a Falcons game for the NFL season-opener and wowsahs, will it be a long season for them. Dope stadium, though. She also talks about why social media couple pages are a terrible idea. 

Ay, mane - check ya patnas and 'nem. Some of 'em are problematic as f--- and aren't being called out. Recent gruesome murders against women got Atlanta shook. Also: the return of the Brick and Swish segments, with Rachel Nichols shooting a brick so hard, her employer took away all her hoops-related jobs. Oh, well. *Jordan shrug*

 Anybody there? It's been so long since Amber recorded an episode, she almost forgot how to work the dang thang. The Hawks had a fun run in the Eastern Conference Finals, the final Finals are off to a great start thanks to Monty Williams and 'nem, and ESPN still can't get right when it comes to internal matters becoming public. Also talked about non-sports stuff. 

George Floyd and his family gets justice...kinda. But not too long after another cop killed another child. RIP Ma'Khia Bryant. Another loss in the hip-hop community. RIP Black Rob. In other news - happy 420! And Steph Curry out here wildin' on the court.

It's the new year, baby! Amber returns safely from her family visit to Nashville, apparently home to a terrorist who decided to suicide bomb the downtown area on Christmas Day. Wild shit. Also talk about Barack Obama's voice influence. RIP DOOM.

Much like 100 percent cranberry juice, this episode contains zero sugar. Being sweet is overrated, anyway. Sometimes you gotta let 'em know like Cam'ron, whom Amber talks about as one of many musicians who had mad skills on the basketball court. She also talks about James Harden and Giannis Antetokounmpo still holding out like the season-opener ain't around the corner. 

It's already feeling like Christmas with the release of this season's NBA schedule, and Amber is excited. More trades and more big money moves, including LeBron James possibly playing with his son in two more years. Also a list of some of favorite tracks of the year!

LeBron won his fourth title with his third team - first time in the Western Conference. Shout out to the NBA for having zero positive COVID-19 test results during the entire bubble season. Too bad the NFL cannot say the same. Y'all stay blessed.
