Tape On Elastic Joints
This easily could have been an hour-long PSA about the importance of stretching.
A Whole Half
Amber recently ran the Publix Atlanta half marathon (in the cold and with nonstop rain!) and has not stopped talking about it. She also talks about the Russia/Ukraine war and how media outlets across the globe are showing their bigotry by expressing their sympathy towards the Ukrainians because they have European blond-haired, blue-eyed features. Oh, and WNBA star Britney Griner was detained in Russia for transporting hashish oil cartridges in her luggage. Shit stay happenin.'
In A Nutshell
First episode of the year! Here's the gist:
Buh-Bye
2021 is coming to an end and it can totally kick rocks. This year was a ball-bust, but we made it. Cheers to that. Amber also makes NBA mid-season predictions. Y'all have a good rest of the year, and catch y'all in the new one!
Dang, Mane
A lot has happened in the last month, including recent tragic and abrupt deaths of Memphis rapper Young Dolph abd fashion icon Virgil Abloh passing from cancer. Not to mention another young angry white male school shooter (which Amber forgot to mention in this episode, ironically). She also breaks down the Hawks games she's since attended as well as the most recent (and BEST) Verzuz with Bone Thugs vs. Three 6 Mafia.
Fifth Quarter
Two episodes within a week - woohoo! This also marks the 30th episode for this season.
Peach Basket
Hella hoops hype! Shout out to James Naismith. Amber talks about other stuff, but it's all about da buckets til June, baby!
Diss Track
Jonin'town, USA
Cool Breeze
Amber went to a Falcons game for the NFL season-opener and wowsahs, will it be a long season for them. Dope stadium, though. She also talks about why social media couple pages are a terrible idea.
Onus
Ay, mane - check ya patnas and 'nem. Some of 'em are problematic as f--- and aren't being called out. Recent gruesome murders against women got Atlanta shook. Also: the return of the Brick and Swish segments, with Rachel Nichols shooting a brick so hard, her employer took away all her hoops-related jobs. Oh, well. *Jordan shrug*

All My Plants F*** With Me
Amber talks about keeping her distance and not killing her plants. And, of course, basketball stuff.
What Otis and Aretha Said
Hello??
Anybody there? It's been so long since Amber recorded an episode, she almost forgot how to work the dang thang. The Hawks had a fun run in the Eastern Conference Finals, the final Finals are off to a great start thanks to Monty Williams and 'nem, and ESPN still can't get right when it comes to internal matters becoming public. Also talked about non-sports stuff.
Return of the Comeback Mack

Guilty Like Whoa
George Floyd and his family gets justice...kinda. But not too long after another cop killed another child. RIP Ma'Khia Bryant. Another loss in the hip-hop community. RIP Black Rob. In other news - happy 420! And Steph Curry out here wildin' on the court.
Listen, watch, and share!
Try and Do
Another week, another hashtag due to another cop's racist act being veiled as incompetence. RIP Duante Wright. Hip-hop mourns the loss of a legend, Earl “DMX” Simmons. Amber also talks about returning to live stand up comedy. Episode available on YouTube and all podcast streaming platforms - like and share!
Mum’s Da Word, Lil Bih
Nine-Twenty Nine
The trial for George Floyd's murder is discussed, along with Georgia's new crack at voter suppression, and some last-minute NBA trades making big impact on championship-caliber teams.
Get Ya Mans, Mane
Terrorists Like White Elephants
Flies In Whole Milk
Day & Nite
Shout out to Kid Cudi. This episode was recorded in two halves since there was a lot for Amber to dissect. Sending lots of love to the people surviving the wild winter storms in Texas. Plus more about how the Utah Jazz is killing the NBA, the upcoming Patrice O'Neal documentary, and the recent release of Shaka King's new film.
Red, Black, Green
It's Black History Month but Amber wanna let y'all know it's a yearly celebration, baby! She also talks about getting NBA League Pass, Ben & Jerry's trolling the NFL during Super Bowl week, and how Antonio Brown is a winner, regardless.

KABLOOEY!
It's the new year, baby! Amber returns safely from her family visit to Nashville, apparently home to a terrorist who decided to suicide bomb the downtown area on Christmas Day. Wild shit. Also talk about Barack Obama's voice influence. RIP DOOM.
Twenny-OUT
Amber records the last episode of 2020, and right in time for the NBA tip-off! She talks about her predictions for the upcoming season, the vaccination, and leaving this goofy ass year behind. Thank you for listening!
Spin Move
Amber discusses a recent article she read about God Shammgod (the legend!), how much she enjoyed Jingle Jangle, and deep dives on various hip-hop and R&B artists from the mid-90s.
The Juice
Much like 100 percent cranberry juice, this episode contains zero sugar. Being sweet is overrated, anyway. Sometimes you gotta let 'em know like Cam'ron, whom Amber talks about as one of many musicians who had mad skills on the basketball court. She also talks about James Harden and Giannis Antetokounmpo still holding out like the season-opener ain't around the corner.
Who Ya Wit?
It's already feeling like Christmas with the release of this season's NBA schedule, and Amber is excited. More trades and more big money moves, including LeBron James possibly playing with his son in two more years. Also a list of some of favorite tracks of the year!
Negative, Thanks!
Amber talks about getting positive news from a negative result, the onslaught of NBA free agency moves along with the recent NBA Draft selections, and debuts a new segment. Happy birthday to the late, great Jimi Hendrix.

Deflated and Elevated Pigs
Politicians, amirite?!! Amber is glad the sh*t-show is over. Except that it's not.
She Got Game
Amber couldn’t wait to use this title. She balled for the first time in over a year and is now super juiced up. Still roasting people for being on their same bullshit, especially after having a blue moon on Halloween, just days before a super divisive election. Sheesh. Anyway, welcome to Amberland - again. Season 2, Volume 1, with an updated logo. Let’s go!
Here We Go
Lovecraft Country isn't the only one with a Season 1 Finale. Welcome to the last episode of AIA's pilot season, baby! It's been a fun-filled 40 episodes, so here's a toast to Season 2 on the way. Amber talks about a variety of topics, including the goofy behaviors of single folks. Y'all wild.
Bittersweet Victory
The Los Angeles Lakers did it for Kobe. If only he was alive to bask in the glory. But still - heartwarming stuff. LeBron won his fourth title with his third team - first time in the Western Conference. Shout out to the NBA for having zero positive COVID-19 test results during the entire bubble season. Too bad the NFL cannot say the same. Y'all stay blessed.
It Is What It Is
Up In Smoke
Amber discusses the viral Allen Iverson video where he had all the smoke for one particular sports reporter, the heartbreaking outcome of the Breonna Taylor trial, and the Heat/Lakers NBA Finals matchup. Oh, and of course the new Mariah Carey memoir dropping this week! Listen, share, and review!
Trienta y Cinco
Episode 35, baby! Amber talks a lot about the NBA Playoffs, John Wall showing his true colors, and the many hidden messages in the new excellent TV series Lovecraft Country. Also: Girlfriends is on Netflix! (Toni was never a good friend.)
Reboot
Three Months
Super Thug
This ain't a Neptunes-produced joint. This that YAWM (young angry white male) shit.
Like Don King used to say: "Only in America."
Justice for Jacob Blake.
RIP Chadwick Boseman.
