We are LIVE for the very first time on American Minutes.  We talk about the state of Utah trying to pass a law to ban pornography on all devices. This brings up a debate around free speech, privacy, and the damage porn does to children.

Welcome to the new show, same as the old show. This week Will and Nash debut the brand new show talking about a plethora of stories this week. Topics include the filibuster, Joe Biden not giving a press conference, a new law proposed in Kentucky, Andrew Cuomo, Rand Paul and more. 

We talk about Coke telling people to "be less white." From there we talk about Joe Biden bombing Syria and reopening the detainment centers in Texas. We also note the difference between "kids in cages" and "teenagers in the facilities." 

This week we talk about Texas freezing over and the politicians more focused on who is to blame rather than finding solutions or helping people. We talk about Texas' infrastructure, the Green New Deal, and fossil fuels. From there we talk about Ted Cruz going on vacation as well as Andrew Cuomo possibly going to jail.

This week Will and Nash break down the planned $1.9 trillion stimulus plan. What happened to the $2000 checks Biden promised? What is Mitt Romney planning? We also cover the House voting to remove Marjorie Taylor Greene from her committee positions.

This week we take a look at 2 critical lawsuits surrounding corporate monopolies and censorship. Rumble is suing Google over their algorithm proffering YouTube, which they own, against Rumble, who is a competitor. The second is Parler suing Amazon Web Service over Parler being taken off of AWS.  Both of these lawsuits are critical to where the US goes with corporate power and freedom of speech. 

With the disgusting display seen at the US Capitol last week you can rest assured we have a lot to say about it. Nash and Will talk about the act itself, if it should be considered a domestic terrorist attack, and who is to blame for it.

This week we are joined by Tom form the Real Tawk Podcast. The three of us discuss Disney moving towards the streaming model, leaving movie theaters in the dust. Can movie theaters be saved? What does this mean for the consumer? 

From there we talk about Governor Ralph Northam and how he was also named in the story we covered last week about Governor Whitmer.  The media blamed Trump and his rhetoric but is there more blame to go around? What could cause someone to want top plan a coup like this? 

This week we are joined by Global Markets Reporter, Jill Malandrino, to discuss President Trump having COVID. We give our reaction along with the publics reaction. 

From there Jill gives us a crash course in economics and what stimulus means for the economy. 

To the surprise of literally nobody, Trump hasn't paid his fair share of his taxes. We break down the New York Times report on President Trumps tax returns. We also discuss taxes in general, what audits are, how big businesses get away without paying taxes legally, and more.

From there we discuss the #StopHateForProfit campaign and which celebrities' think they will change the world with a 24 hour freeze of their IG accounts. 

Our final story is the head of the CDC and Trump saying two completely different things when it comes to COVID vaccines. 

We are joined by Rob from Canada! Rob joins us to discuss gender reveal parties, the wildfires in California, and the newfound support for athletes kneeling for the anthem. 

Things gets heated this week when discussing Presidents Trump to defund cities where there are mass riots and civil unrest. We discuss the memo itself, the legality behind it, the politicians and legal professionals reactions, and more.  We also do something a bit different this week. We breakdown an article written by the New York Times, and let's just say, Will loses his mind. 

After two weeks off we are back and we are not alone! We are joined by Eitan and Josh from The Younger Half Podcast. Eitan and Josh are two teenagers who have ideas just like everyone else and we have a great conversation about TikTok suing the US government. We also do a deep dive into the situation going on in Kenosha Wisconsin.

We are joined by Jonathan "Waldo" Steinschriber to follow up on the Nick Cannon story from last week. Waldo wanted to give additional insight on the story from the Jewish perspective as well as provide some historical reference.

From there we take up the rest of the show covering the situation in Portland. The federal government sent in federal agents to round up protesters in unmarked vehicles. We discuss the legality and morality of the situation as well as what happens next. 

Nick Cannon has been fired from ViacomCBS for his anti-semitic comments made o his podcast "Cannon Class." Will and Nash break down his comments and learn the true definition of Semitic. 

We also talk about the Washington Redskins, and other questionable mascots, officially changing their name and logo. Do these changes really make a difference or is it an attack on symbolism. 

Our third story covers the death penalty and the legality behind it. 

We discuss the possibility of the US banning TikTok. From there we talk about international students and the next school year. 

This week we discuss the idea of Kanye West running for President of the United States and why Nash is voting for him.

From there we continue our discussion of social media companies silencing voices that are considered hateful. We talk about their polices and if it's a slippery slope to something worse.  We also take a look at the latest unemployment numbers and the state of the US economy. 

Nash wraps up the show with China and their new laws around Hong Kong.

Nash sits down with Austin and Jared to talk about what happened in Minneapolis with George Floyd. They talk about how racism has effected Brandon and Jared, who are both black men, and Nash, who is a white man.

Joe Rogan broke my heart this week. We go over his incredible deal with Spotify. From there we talk about the Billboard charts and why 6ix9ine thinks they were rigged. Speaking of rigged, Georgia and other states are being accused of purposefully lying or skewing the latest COVID-19 data since reopening. 

This week Nash and Will talk about the "glow up" controversy with Adele. We also discuss the lawsuit between California and Uber/Lyft. Should ride sharing drivers be considered full time employees? Or is it better to stay as freelancers in the gig economy?

From there we wrap up the show discussing the death of Ahmaud Arbery.

We also talk about Australia and their app which voluntarily tracks who does and doesn't have the coronavirus. We ask a simple question, could that happen here in the US? We then discuss if condoms should be considered "essential" and why.

We close up the podcast talking about the fast food protests taking place in California and why their demands are more than justified.  

This week is all about Joe Biden and why the news, public, and DNC, may be giving him a pass in his sexual assault allegations.
