Disruption can overwhelm us. Your body’s natural response to stress is fight-flight-freeze, evolution's guideline to help you survive perceived threats. What if there is no fight or flight available?  Right now, our governments tell us to freeze. Lots of things are out of our hands. Dealing with helplessness brings feelings of despair, unhappiness and sorrow. This episode of the Amor Muto Discovery podcast I talk about the fourth option: adaptation. We can not afford to hide from the hard decisions on our path.
