Everyone feels lonely from time to time. But do we know what actually loneliness is? Why do we feel it? How does it affect us? What can be done to help yourself come out of that zone? These are the few questions that I am going to talk about in this episode?
Introduction
Hi this is Amrit Maan Singh and let me introduce you to Mindful cactus. On an average day an average has 12000 to 60000 thoughts perday and that comes out to be at least 500 thoughts an hour. And sometimes these thoughts are quite fascinating and makes me curious so me being me go over the internet and make a lot of weird interpretations for the same so this podcast series will have episodes based on the thoughts/topics which i find quite fascinating like the things i really want to know more about and hence will research about the same and will put out in front of you through mindful cactus. One thing i wanted to add was that this series will be a mixture of Hindi and English.
