In all of the Podcast episodes Amy does around this time of the year she brings forward a reflection as this month marks the anniversary of many important events in her life. It’s Amy’s Daughter, Layla’s Birthday! Happy 10th Birthday Layla!! In the first part of the episode Amy talks about her beautiful experience with motherhood and how unrelatable her relationship with her kids, while building a successful business, is. In this bonus episode Amy goes into the Heart Center in relation to Leadership and the highest potentiality of this center. Amy explains how being a self-lead leader - fully in your power - requires more than drive and willpower; it’s a full experience of who you get to become, moving into an elevated version of us by dedicating ourselves to growth, evolution and pure alignment. The Heart Center operates in different frequencies when Defined and Undefined (and Open). It’s crucial to energetically align to your highest frequency of this center and lead from there. Defined Hearts have consistent will power, determination and drive. Understanding that this determination and focus isn’t about hustling but rather what the Heart truly desires and what you’re connected to moves you towards self-lead leadership. Undefined (and Open) Hearts hold the most wounding: this is the number 1 space of self-sabotage, triggers, playing small and, therefore, true growth for yourself. Questions like “Am I worthy?” or “Am I good enough?” commonly arise. The Undefined Heart is all about your own identity of self-validation, self-worth and leadership. Understanding our Heart Center and brining it to its highest frequency will raise our consciousness, relationships, self-perception and healing.
