Last Effects- Bringing in Emotional Intelligence Programs into Schools
In this episode I will cover the benefits and cost of bringing in emotional intelligence programs into schools. The early development of kids at a young age are important for mental conditioning in setting them up for mental success. The statistics I came across were absolutely remarkable and should be taken into consideration for future business leaders in Academia. I hope to see this movement grow more rapidly in our world for all countries because the suicide rate has exponentially grown larger in a short amount of time. Social-emotional learning teaches children to recognize and understand their emotions, feel empathy, make decisions and build and maintain relationships. Previous research has shown that incorporating these programs into the classroom improves learning outcomes and reduces anxiety and behavioral problems among students. Some schools have incorporated social-emotional learning programs.

Mental Toughness
Mental Toughness is a exercise that is taught by many professionals in high stress environments. Different cultures use different techniques and practices to deliver a message of escape to the human mind. Karate, martial arts, spreadsheet analysis are used by coaches and trainers to help their team stay present in the game. In fact life in itself is the game. Whether the person is in it or not it is hard to navigate life without defining the uncontrollable's and requiring the human mindset without support or guidance. This episode covers different strategies and techniques used as supporting evidence for this proposal.

What is depression?
Causes of depression are triggered by different events of life. It is most common that most people will experience depression whether clinically or as a side effect at some point in their life. In this podcast I am targeting Millennial's and their lack off accountability of their mental state of presence. Living life with equanimity is a practice and a choice in every moment derived by mental toughness. Disturbed mental presence leads to harmfulness and a unmindful lifestyle. A state of mind comes with a huge amount of responsibility. If you have clinical depression the individual will work harder to achieve a state of peace or stillness so they can experience job and mental health. In 2019 Millennial's are experiencing self sabotaging with social media and news. The competitive culture we live in creates personality disorders and lack of self worth thus creating a lack of self analysis and emotional honestly. Our generation is experiencing human disconnect which tramples Maslows Hierarchy of needs triangle creating a state of depression.
