You may be seeing a lot of messaging around "just say no this No-vember" and while the idea behind it sounds great, it's not as easy as it sounds for a busy person with a lot of responsibilities and a long to-do list.

In this episode, Andryanna shares a helpful exercise from past workshops that will allow you to review what's currently on your plate and move into action to determine what can be paused, lessened or removed to create more space for the additional holiday items (and self-care).

Starting with a short guided meditation, Andryanna will help you set your intentions for the holiday season and then look at what you accomplish in a week to decide how to become the person you wish to be come Christmas.
