The Vitamin D and Magnesium Link
Today is all about Vitamin D and Magnesium…what they are, how they work together and why we need them as we get older.
A big thank you to Robyn Franceen Evans who suggested this very important topic!
Vitamin D and magnesium are both ESSENTIAL nutrients which means our bodies need them to function properly.
And, since our bodies cannot make them on their own, they must be gotten from other means.
Something to note is that as we age, we need to make more of an effort to ensure that we will get the needed requirements of both vitamin D and magnesium.
Tune in to find out more and how the two are linked.
