In this episode of the podcast, I interviewed Dr. Rajesh Reddy, who is the Director of the Global Animal Law and Animal Law Advanced Degree Program at Lewis & Clark Law School, and Ms. Marcia Condoy Truyenque, an LL.M. student studying Animal Law at the Lewis & Clark Law School during the 2021-2022 academic year. Both guest speakers engaged in discussion on animal protections across borders and provided the audience with insight into the progression of the Convention on Animal Protection (CAP) Treaty. The CAP Treaty seeks to establish a global commitment to enforce a set of animal welfare and environmental protection standards within all nations.
