The Self-Deception Game: Re-evaluating Our Efforts
I made this video to face my own deception. it helps me immensely.Do you also feel the same way. Are you familiar with that nagging feeling of putting in immense effort yet feeling like you're not making progress? Have you ever questioned the true extent of your dedication and wondered if you might be deceiving yourself along the way? If so, you're not alone. Many of us find ourselves caught in a web of self-deception, where we unknowingly construct stories that justify our efforts while overlooking the truth.
Through insightful discussions, real-life examples, and expert interviews, we aim to shed light on the illusions we create and the patterns of self-deception we often fall into. Together, we'll explore the cognitive biases, rationalizations, and perceptual traps that cloud our understanding of our own efforts and hinder our feelings.
