One of if not THE one that started it all. A suspenseful thriller, low budget, cult classic that spawned an entire series and may have been responsible for jump starting a certain someones career. Introduced in the late 1970's, aging like a fine wine and still haunting our lonely nights, Halloween is one of the classic movies you should watch around October to get in that "Spooktober" mood.

Considered a "flop" and released in July of 1993 alongside Free Willy. Re-released in 2020 and beating The Empire Strikes Back that year...yes your read that right. Frank wasn't too happy about that one.

Between 2012 and 2015, the average budget per episode increased from $6 million to "at least" $8 million. The sixth-season budget was over $10 million per episode, for a season total of over $100 million, a record for a series's production cost.

Staffers at the restaurant Shenaniganz engage in various pranks and games -- both on and off the clock. However, in the course of one day, waiter Dean (Justin Long) must choose to either accept a promotion to manager or go off in search of greener pastures. Meanwhile, his co-worker and roommate, Monty (Ryan Reynolds), fights temptation in the form of an underage colleague, while showing a new employee (John Francis Daley) the ins and outs, providing him the worst first day of his life.

$3,000,000 estimated budget to gross just over $18.5 mil. A cult classic you should watch to enjoy. The take away from this,

Don't fuck with the people who make your food.

Wes Anderson - You know his movies, his style of film making. This one is no different. It was a few switches of dialogue away from possibly being a PG-13 or even a rated R film. It is stop motion, shot on a Nikon D3 with over 50,000 shots. It has a great cast voice characters and it is fairly recent being made in 2009. Enjoy the show!

Is this a film that you would have expected from Judd Apatow. With films and TV series under his belt, even a 30 for 30 on ESPN, this is a great film we say stream and don't skip.

Did they earn their Oscars for best supporting actor and best actor? We think Training Day is one of the films that stands the test of time, its rough, gritty, and dirty and you almost know Alonzo is here to screw Jake over on his first day as a narc.
