Stress Adaptation
How do we adapt to stress? Good stress and bad stress can impact us both physically and mentally. Join us today as Laura interviews Dr. Adam with Premier Family Chiropractic in Carmel, Indiana to discuss how the body reacts to stress and ways we can help the body get back into a healthier, happier state.
Presidents be Mental too!
Are you a history buff? Then you most likely know a lot of the Presidents Day History and facts on today's episode. BUT, do you know their mental status? Grab a drink and join my co-host, history buff, (and boyfriend) as we delve into some facts about President's day and a few of our Presidents who were mental too!
Valentine's Day Deity
Valentine's Day can be a time for romance, love, affection...and negative feelings. Join Kat and Laura as they celebrate the day by myth busting a few origin stories and then share their quirkiness through some romantic mad libs. Hopefully if you are feeling alone this Valentine's Day, you curl up on the couch with a comfy blanket and laugh along as we do with most serious topics; laugh it out. Oh, and we are giving you a challenge at the end too. HAPPY FUCKING VALENTINE'S DAY!
Body Dysmorphia
Sometimes linked with anorexia and bulimia, Body Dysmorphia is when a person has an obsessive focus on a perceived flaw in appearance. Listen up as Kat and Laura make fun of themselves and discuss how sometimes we cannot trust our eyes. We must train our brain to see ourselves in a healthy light!
Three is NOT a crowd -- in Throuple's!
We have all heard of a threesome but what is a Throuple? Isn't it the same thing? NO! Today we talked to friends of the podcast who are in a healthy Thruple. We apologize for the sound in advance. We thought it was most important to hear our guests because what they have to say could bring you or someone in your life enlightenment. Hopefully, our discussion today will help you see that the term "relationship" is no longer for a single monogamous MF relationship.
Ghosting IRL
Ghosting has become an issue as more people suffer from various mental illnesses.... or just lack of respect. But we will dive into the topic today all-around work, friend, and relationship ghosting and what may be the cause of it or how to handle it if YOU'VE been the victim of a ghost.

Gabby and the Missing Women -- SEASON EXTRA
Yes, we know. Last day of the year 2021. We are dumping a few episodes from this year that never made it to our season because we felt there were still some important points made even though some of the topics would be controversial.
Gabby Petito was a huge missing person's case that blew up over the fall. While it is tragic that such a young, beautiful, creative life has ended, this tragedy happens more than we think but with less news coverage. THAT is the point we are trying to make. We hope you listen to the whole picture of this episode and do your part to help get runaways back home unharmed or into a better situation. We hope that ALL missing people are of importance.
Now, go enjoy and we will see you in the new 2022!

What's in a name?
No, we are not about to give you a Literature lesson in Shakespeare. But our names sometimes can lead to misbehavior, self-actualization, and even some predeterminism according to some studies. So, what should parents consider when naming a child? Grab a drink and sit back as Kat and Laura unravel some of the obscure thoughts behind names and what is in a name.
Gas Lighting is bad, I suppose.
We hope you enjoy this week's episode!
Pampered Llama's and Eccentric Spicy Geese
Have you ever noticed you may be slightly above the crowd on your artistic or intellectual abilities? Has anyone ever called you "quirky" or "weird"? If so, this episode is for you as Kat and Laura dive into ECCENTRIC personalities. We take a look at whether being eccentric is a good or bad thing in life as well as who we all may know that fits the eccentric definition. So sit back, relax, grab a drink and enjoy our episode on eccentric personalities!
Money does NOT equate WORTH!
Have you ever had one of those days where the universe has your back and then BOOM! Something happens...like you find out how little you make at your job. If this has happened to you, then tonight's episode is for you! If you do not have this problem, then please go donate on our Patreon page you rich filthy scum....
But seriously. Why do we equate how much we make in life to how successful we are? Why does our monetary worth seem to contribute to our SELF WORTH when they do not have any connection? Grab a drink and grant us extra patience on tonight's rant about how your worth is not provided to you through your paycheck.
Also, if you ask then you shall receive, right? Find out why Laura may have a second job as a foot model after all...
Social Isolation
Here Kitty Kat!
Welcome to Season 2! Covid threw quite a few of us out of our normal routine and pattern. Unfortunately, it meant Season 1 was cut short as Kim and Zach had to work in two places at once. 2021 is a new year though and we are ready to get moving onto new and adventurous topics of mental health. Join us this week in an entry episode to meet one of our new hosts for this season, Kat!
Don't worry, Kim and Zach will be back in our episodes this year. We hope to have almost double the episodes in 2021 though with some being exclusive to our new Patreon supporters. We are going to need all support we can this year as we really kick this podcast into gear! So sit back, relax, and enjoy the ramblings of two mental bitches on tonight's intro episode!
