Aroga is all inner knowledge (Atam Gyaan) to achieve a higher state of being (Mahat / Vivek Budhi). The school is an amalgam of the lineage of knowledge from the Vedas & Adi Granth. We connect the dots of the message of Oneness as the way of life - described by Bhagats (devotees) like Gur Nanak, Kabir and Matsyendranath. Aroga, which has it roots in Sanskrit, means without illness. www.aroga.ch info@aroga.ch
Obedience to Destiny - Hukam
Ashtavakra Gita Chapter Eleven 11.3 Wisdom
One who knows for certain that adversity and success come & go in obedience to destiny becomes content. He neither desires nor grieves.
Mantra - Chatr Chakr Varti
Chatr Chakr Varti Chatr Chakr Bhugtey Suyambhav Subhan Sarbda Sarbjugtey Dukaalan Pranasi Dayaalan Sarupe Sadaa Ang Sangey Abhangang Bibhootey - Gur Gobind Singh (from Dasam Granth)
Nature of Yogah
What is Yogah?
Patanjali says in his second sutra 1.2 Yogah Citta Vritti Nirodhah. Adi Granth says - Aisa Jog Kamao Jogi, Jap Tap Sanjam Gurmukh Bhogi
Yogah is to earned. Such wisdom is to earned through knowledge that would bring state of blissfulness and stability for our own selves and from such a place we look at everyone with prem (love without attachments), samaanta (equality), and brings us together - without jealousy & greed.
