Episode 221 - Let's just enjoy us
Embark on an audible adventure with Daniel Finton, Alfie Culshaw, Rob Worthington and Mac Johnson as they analyse all of the latest news regarding the Arsenal. This week, Alfie is joined by Rob, as we dissect our excellent performance and victory over Bournemouth at the Emirates. We begin by agreeing to keep title and City chat to a minimum, as we just want to bask in the glory that is the football team we get to enjoy watching each week. We then bask in that glory, discussing the way in which we suffocated Bournemouth in a fluid and exciting first half, and got the crucial goals in the second. We discuss the role of Rice, and how he is a viable left eight option, adjusting our priors on this position. We wax lyrical about the performances of Havertz, Odegaard, Saliba and Tomiyasu, before some brief referee chat, and the PGMOL's failure to prioritise certain aspects of their officiating. Episode 195 - Round of 16, Here We Go!
This week, Daniel finally returns and hosts the show along with Bert and Mac. We discuss the previous draw to PSV away from home and the main takeaway from the match — the fact that no kids played and that Cedric did for some reason.
We then delve into who we would prefer to play against in the Round of 16 from the seven potential teams that we could possibly take on. Good ol’ Mac has some super hot takes, while boasting his immense knowledge of the world’s game while Bert and Daniel lean heavily on the emotional side of our potential match ups because Bert and Dani are yes, extremely handsome, but also, uneducated morons. We then cap off the show by talking about how if we don’t reach the quarterfinals it would be a failure.

Around the 25 minute mark, we actually delve into the football, addressing our continual poor decision making and execution with our final actions in the numerous dangerous positions we got into. We talk about some below par individual performances and the theme of our second half lull periods. Finally, we do address the several positive aspects of our performance, and the displays from Kai Havertz and David Raya. Share and enjoy!

This week, Alfie is joined by Mac as we break down our dramatic draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the usual format. We discuss the positive performances from Tomiyasu and Rice, contrasting to the pivotal issues related to Odegaard's disastrous display. Is this just a drop in form or are there genuine concerns about the way we're using the Norwegian? There's the weekly debate around the goalkeeping situation, before we finish by touching on the Sevilla game tomorrow night. Share, leave a review and enjoy!
