What makes us different? We are a Team of licensed Therapists and young adults (18 - 26 year olds) answering questions of teens and parents.
Teens (12 - 20+) have lots of questions about difficult life situations and don't always have an adult they feel safe asking for help or advice--we're here to answer those questions honestly and anonymously.
Parents have lots of questions about how to help guide their kids through difficult life situations--we're here to help coach you through the struggles of parenting.

Holidays & Family Dynamics
Thanks to Covid-19, this is the first holiday season in a couple of years that most people have restarted large gatherings for Thanksgiving and beyond. In this episode, Beth & Syd share easy to implement ideas for dealing with stressful family interactions throughout the holidays. We talk about how to avoid uncomfortable conversations about trigger subjects and how to learn to stop engaging. We hope y'all have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
Teens: EcoStress and how to deal with it

What is EcoStress? It's anxiety about the future of the planet (or really, the human race). A lot of teens and young adults are struggling with anxiety and depression about the future due to climate change. Are you one of them? Claire, Jack, and Beth talk about why so many people are suffering from EcoStress and concrete actions you can start taking today to use your anxiety for motivation.
Parents: High Maintenance Kids & Wallflower Kids
Sometimes we have a kid who has a diagnosis (emotional, behavioral, or physical), that causes them to take up a lot of our time and energy as parents. Syd and Beth discuss how to make sure your "easy kid" doesn't get lost in the shuffle and how to have a positive relationship with a reactive child.

Hey Y'all! In this episode Sydney and Beth explain how to know if your kiddo has ADHD. We talk about different ways to support a kid with ADHD when they're struggling to do their homework. We also discuss different supports you can ask your child's school for--these do not give your kid a "special education" label (not that it should matter if it helps them with their education, but we know there can sometimes be stigma and judgement from surprising sources).
