Manifest your Desires with AUM
When the hare rushes to the finish line he should remember not to get too caught up in winning race..
The tortoise, if we were to catch him and and ask him, he would say this.
Slowly chant A..U..M
Syllable... A U M were used by yogis in ancient India in a particular way to manifest exactly what was desired in their lives.
Now remember don't get caught up in what you are saying. It's all about how you do it.
A targets the chakras the energy centres around the navel region.
U targets the heart or solar plexus region
M targets the face and the space between the eyes.
When chanting all three together,
The energy travels upword. Start with a few minutes a day.
