Spencer Harris is an Assistant Professor of Sports Management at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He is from England, and received his Phd in Sport Policy & Management. Spencer was formerly the head of Performance for Sport England, and has extensive experience in managing programs that promote the development athletics and sports in many countries.
