Hi cuties, Trigger warning! This episode talks about different types of eating disorders, certain incidents which might be triggering, if you are not in a situation to listen to this episode right now, please listen to this with someone else or come back to it later when there is a good time for you. In this episode, we talked about different types of eating disorders, dwelt on some of the personal stories about binge eating, and wanted to have an honest conversation about how to support someone with an eating disorder along with things you should not be saying or doing when supporting someone with an eating disorder. It was tough to write this script and I had to come back to it so many different times to get it done. It was heartbreaking to learn more, try to come with examples, and listen to so many other people's experiences to write this. If you are struggling right now, please know that you are not alone.

In this episode, Atreyi talks about how her journey has been of finding a job as a recent graduate. She graduated in Spring of 2020, I know, almost at the peak of the pandemic, and has been searching for a job since September 2020, it has been a tough ride, and she opens up about the struggles, the self-doubt, the resilience which she and all of the recent graduates had to show in current times🤍

HOW TO TELL ANYONE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL ILLNESS?
So why does this feel like a big thing to some individuals or for others it is an everyday phenomenon. My answer to that is you can tell about your mental illness to whoever you want to, it is completely your decision to whom you wanna tell.
But there is a lot of shame, guilt, and stigma associated with mental illness and that is why we have people always talking about their peanut allergies and not everyone talking about their anxiety.
