Changes in Life = Changes for Your Kids
Because our lives have changed so drastically over the last few weeks, I am asking a very important question: Have you asked your kids how they are feeling? Have you asked them what they think about all of this? The thoughts of illness (even if your family is healthy) and living through quarantine can create stress for your children. Their brains are still developing and they struggle to fully comprehend what all of this means.
Common behaviors that you may see during this time include:
*kids craving extra attention and becoming clingy
*increased tearfulness
*disruption of restful sleep
*increase of negative behaviors
Today we unravel triggers that may be contributing to these behaviors and solutions to help you support your children during these crazy times!

In today's episode we are sticking "together" as we discover strategies that your kids can do on their own! We also talk about strategies for you as their parent. Most importantly, we explore the bright-side of this current crisis. Yes, there is a bright-side!
