Dear Women, don’t let anyone mute your voice! You may have been told you don’t belong in the room. But, as women, we know the power of our voice! Ladies, our voice matters.

Well, today we celebrate Independence Day in America. However, everyone is not so sure anymore about celebrating the “holiday.” How are you feeling about it?

Have you ever felt the need to chase a lie. Stop the madness and continue to be the upstanding person you are. The truth will always have a firm foundation and a lie will drift away in the wind like chaff from wheat.

So, what exactly is Juneteenth? I am so happy you asked. Please allow me a few moments to explain, you will be glad you did!

Have a posse may look impressive. However, it doesn’t matter what they say about you, it only matters what you say about you! Stay in the fight. You can do “this.”

Hello! I stopped by to check on you. How are you? Make sure you are taking time to for self-care! You my fiend are worth it!

Thank you to the men and women who died while serving in the armed forces. You shall never be forgotten! United we stand!!!

Whatever you do, don’t let the test of life break you! I know it doesn’t feel good when it seems you have failed the “test.” But, you’ve got this, keep going! I believe in you!

Have you ever felt like you couldn’t quite grasp your purpose? Don’t fret, you are not alone. Take a moment to regroup, then come out swinging!

The love of a Mother is indescribable! But I will attempt to describe it the best way I can.

Do you have a good support system? Make sure your “crew” doesn’t show up after you achieve your goals. Pay attention to who supported you during your time of struggle and then govern your “crew” accordingly.

Have you felt like time was working against you? Well, I am happy to inform you that you are not alone! I want you to know you have exactly what it takes to keep moving!!! Let’s do this!!!

Don’t become so engulfed in what you do until you confuse it with who you are. Who you are will eventually show up in what you do. We must be certain to make the distinction!

There will come a time that you must be determined to win, when it seem the odds are stacked against you. Be encouraged to win anyway!!!

Being the child of a Pastor can be quite overwhelming according to one of my “Navigating the Trenches” listener. They wanted me to express my thoughts about the “residue” of being a PK (Pastor’s Kid.)

Have you found yourself starting projects over and over again because they were not “perfect?” Well, you are not alone! I want you to know none of us are perfect! Let’s strive for excellence but let’s not stress out over “perfection.” Stay focused, you’ve got this!!!

Don’t be discouraged! Your turn is coming sooner than you think! Just when the world least expect you to rise!

Have you felt some kind of way because you were not invited into the room? Well, please don’t be discouraged. Perhaps, the space wasn’t conducive to what you needed to complete your journey. Instead of being upset, create your own room. Believe me, there is enough space for everyone to flourish if we stop pulling each other down! Now, get out there and WIN!

Now-now…let us not be so quick to pass blame on someone else. Perhaps our mirrors are too foggy to see ourselves. Take a pause and self check! Ooooweee, the information we discover about ourselves can be quite eye opening. Please don’t walk alone, reach out and find strength in someone who is able to hold your arms up while you restructure your life.

Are you the one “everybody” depends on to carry your load and their load too? Umm, let’s make sure you are not pulling the load of responsibility alone. Don’t wear yourself out because “they” refuse to get in motion.

So, have you ever found yourself caught up in a hot mess? Well, anyway, what exactly is a hot mess. Let’s talk about it!

Oh yes, the time is now! Let’s stop putting off what we should do today in hopes that we will have time to do it tomorrow!

Has your family been stuck in a rut and you called it a “generational curse?” My friend, you are not alone! You will be the first to break out and do something completely different. I believe you can and will do it!

Have you ever had to choose between friends? Ummm, maybe it’s time for a totally different crew! Perhaps, a shift is occurring in your life!

Have you ever been judged because of your journey? Good bad or indifferent, keep moving with positive motivation! You are worth it!

There have been so many times in my life when I was doing what I “thought” was what I should be doing. But, there was this “pulling” inside that directed me to my true purpose. Are you being pulled by your true purpose? Ummm, something to think about! Stay strong and let’s make it to our purpose on purpose!
