Rest
Take time to recharge your soul. It's okay to set time aside for yourself and you need to make it a requirement. The world will continue spinning while you work through things. Stop pushing yourself into overload mode and step back to reset. This is a crucial part of your journey.
Your Peace Is More Important
There's a big difference between responding to a situation and reacting to it. When you respond you keep a level head, process whatever is happening in a healthy way, and respond by wishing them well and moving on.
You can acknowledge that whatever happened stings like a MOTHER, but you're also acknowledging that you're choosing to no longer give it anymore of your energy.
When you're reacting you have crazy outbursts of your emotions vs thinking about the situation and THEN responding. That's only going to escalate things in an unhealthy way.
Responding instead of reacting to a situation is a choice that you have to make. And it's something that you have to continuously work on.
