Take Aways
He programs skill work 30 minutes before 1-2 hours of calisthenics training
His split is push / pull while throwing in legs 1x-2x week in the gym
2 practice sessions a day helps you advance faster for skills if you are already an experienced athlete
Stop before your form falls off
Start with static first for 4-5 sets then move on to dynamic exercise variations. Ratio of 1 to 3.
Best way to learn multiple skills is by training them in divided phases
