Clare manages to interrupt Jonathan midflow to tell him an embarrassing story about a headteacher telling me off during my teacher training.
Jonathan describes his educational journey as, "beginning in a Primary school, enjoyed teaching the children who challenged. From there I moved to work for Barnardos at there Flagship Residential Special school, enjoyed 17 yrs working with amazing young people and incredible staff who were passionate about changing the life opportunities for those young people. In that time I opened a Primary school onsite, building curriculum/staff team from the ground up and we developed innovate ways of creating positive school experiences for them. Then 7 yrs ago I moved to work as a Director of Education in the corporate world and almost two years ago had the incredible opportunity to become managing director of Team Teach the country’s leading positive behaviour management training organisation. We are on an exciting journey to evolve as an organisation and support changing lives for some of the UK’s most vulnerable young people and adults."
