This week I am joined by Andy Vincent, one of the best coaches and trainers I have had the please of working with.
Andy and I discuss social media trends, living and working abroad, online training, HIIT and interval training and a number of other subjects.

Former Royal Marines Commando Sniper turned world record setting adventurer and extreme, remote & hostile locations expert joins me for a chat about a number of subjects including joining the Royal Marines at 16, staying fit and healthy enough to get a Men's health cover age 42 and working in some of the worlds most diffcult environments.

Hot on the heels of last weeks episode (S2E1) where I spoke to a friend currently serving at a Commando Unit who undertook Royal Marines training last year, this week sees me talk to a friend who has just finished 18months on a training team, taking Recruits through training.
If you're thinking of joining the Royal Marines, or have an interest in Royal Marines training, this conversation gives a really interesting insight.
For the first episode in Season 2, I am joined by a friend who has recently been through Royal Marines training and is now at a Commando Unit. We discuss training for the Royal Marines training, what happens during RM Recruit training; where we draw out some advice and tips. We finish with a bit of a discussion about life in a Unit to answer a common question I am asked.
Originally recorded in 2017. Kate Braithwaite (Once Upon a Time in London, David and Olivia) joins me to answer some questions about working as a professional model and actress. We discuss the pitfalls and openly discuss the difficulties of making a living as a model/actress brings.
Originally recorded in 2017.
An insight into training for the Royal Marines with my friend Jon White. Jon and I went through training together when he was 19years old and I was 21. Jon went on to join the Mountain Leader branch while I joined the Physical Training Branch.
Through a brief discussion we try to give some insights that might help people with their general training and specifically for those training to join the Royal Marines.
This was first recorded back in 2017 after I was a guest on the Audioworks Podcast. Josh, the owner of the Audioworks Podcasts inspired, convinced and enthused me to do my own podcast which he would edit and host. We did twenty episodes before Josh sadly had to concentrate on other ventures.
Josh kindly sent me all the files so when I had the opportunity I could get these out again.
So, isolation time during the Covid19 pandemic and I'm rolling them out again. New episodes to come too.
