Regrets, thinking about all the things that we didn't do when we had the time or energy. We all hope that at the end of our lives we have no regrets for the choices we made now, imagine being told that you wouldn't have much time left to live due a condition you were born with. Sophie Grace Homes was born with Cystic Fibrosis a condition that when she was younger was considered a condition that leads to a shorter lifespan. Determined to make the most of her time Sophie dedicated herself to her love of adventure climbing mountains, paddle board races in shark infested waters, and marathon running. Working on a Dream with Kristi Jacques
Music is something we are all familiar with, regardless of the genre you listen to as long as you feel a connection with the melody, lyrics, stage performance, or the people off stage. Kristi Jacques has always felt a connection to music since she was a little girl helping in her parents music store, Along Kristi's journey she has faced many challenges from type 1 diabetes to a rare condition called Sarcoidosis a condition that causes lumps to form in the lungs making breathing without oxygen difficult and causing pulmonary hypertension as the heart works harder to pump blood and oxygen into the body. Despite all of these challenges with some inspiration from Miles Kennedy from the brand Alter Bridge Kristi continues to create new music and work on the dream of getting a double lung transplant to one day be able to preform in front of crowds and share the gift of music with the world. Who's Hungry? With Ian Taverner
Ian Taverner just like the rest of us learned how to cook simply to survive, however bit by bit his health slowly started to wear him down mentally and physically. Being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), Arthritis, Prinzmetal Angina, Anxiety and Depression caused Ian to go through a dark period called the groundhog years. Eventually with a lot of time, practice and patients Ian adapted his cooking methods and the tools he uses to fit hi accessibility needs to the point where he wrote his own cookbook called Mr. Cookfullness combining the joys of cooking with the mindfulness that as long as your are enjoying the cooking process, able to do it safely and enjoy what your eating anyone can cook.

Progress Not Perfection with Chelsea Layton
CMT Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease is a rare group of genetic disorders that affect the muscles in the arms and legs. While this a non fatal condition at this point in time surgery is the only proven treatment to improve the quality of life for those affected. Chelsea Layton has had more than a dozen surgeries on her legs thus far but despite the pain and periods of recovery Chelsea continues her passions from enjoying the great outdoors, to raising her daughter, and working as a Digital Communications Specialist at the CMT Research Foundation in the hopes that one day CMT will be a thing of the past.

Brett Anderson spent 33 years flying around the world as an airline pilot seeing different cultures and the formation of thunderstorms from a distance. However Brett's life was going to change drastically after a diagnosis of Pulmonary Fibrosis a condition that causes scarring and deterioration of the lung tissue. Despite requiring to carry oxygen, being on the waiting list for a lung transplant and coming down with lung cancer as a result of immune system compromising medications Brett's desire to travel the world and live his life to the fullest hasn't been surpassed as he has travelled our the world via his motorcycle in order to raise money to find a cure for Pulmonary Fibrosis his story is one of appreciating every day and never giving up.

Grateful for the Moment with Deborah Elizabeth
When we are young and given the freedom as adults to do what we like we develop a sense of invulnerability or a sense that nothing can go wrong however it only takes a moment to change your life forever. Deborah Elizabeth's life changed after suffering damage to her C7 and C8 vertebrae, despite suffering some permanent mobility issues through therapy, faith, and time Deborah has been able to find love, raise a family, become a published poet and continues to preform as a VoiceOver artist since 2005. Deborah is a prime example of how important it is to live in the moment and to take risks when opportunities come along.

Big Things in Small Packages with Adrian Baker
Adrian has always had a creative imagination whether he cosplayed as a character from Genshin Impact or drew characters on paper. 2019 was a tough time for everyone but, for Adrian this year was especially difficult as he was diagnosed with EDS Ehlers Danlos Syndrome a condition that weakens connective tissues, POTS a condition that reduces the amount of blood that reaches the heart, and MCAS Mast Cell Activation Syndrome a condition in which the patient experiences repeated episodes of the symptoms of anaphylaxis – allergic symptoms such as hives, swelling, low blood pressure, difficulty breathing and severe diarrhea. High levels of mast cell mediators are released during those episodes.
Regardless of theses issues Adrian has turned his love of art and animation into a digital business as a true story of passion and toughness.

Meet The McGinn's Part 1 William McGinn
Willam McGinn has been creating for as long as he could remember from writing the Sly Cooper book series to voiceover work, book and film reviews and so much more. Willam was born with what was thought to be Aspergers Syndrome was later diagnosed as autism , the difference between the two being those with Autism are more likely to experience communication delays while those with Aspergers Syndrome may be more socially awkward but, this varies from case to case. While there is an entire spectrum of challenges associated with Autism, after reading Luke Jackson's "Freaks,Geeks and Aspergers Syndrome: A User Guide to Adolescence Willam decided regardless of wether he has Aspergers Syndrome, or Autism he was born with a gift that should be celebrated and cherished. Five novels later Willam's career continues to show upwards as he preforms in community theatre plays around the Kawartha Lakes area. William is a shining example of what all individuals disabled, on the spectrum or from any any background can achieve so, The next time you see someone who may be struggling or you might consider to be odd or weird please remember all of us have something beautiful to offer the world even if it can be hard to find.

The Amputee Story continues with Keith Paris

Born without a Tibula bone Keith has lived his entire life as an amputee. Life hasn't been easy for Keith dealing with being an amputee, and being unhappy with his appearance. All these factors caused hm to develop an eating disorder and a habit of self harming. This would not last as Keith would reach out to his high school Science teacher after deciding he didn't like the person he had become so he shared his story The Amputee Story and he has now been seven years clean of self harming. The book would go on to become a best seller . Keith works as a Zebedee model and makeup artist with a dream of changing the outlook of the LGBTQ+ community in West Indie culture.
