Coming Full Circle into the Realm of Healing
In this episode I share a personal experience I had through a meditation that gave me enlightenment into the true realm of healing.
We come full circle when we originally come to this space, desiring healing broken, alone and individual beings which secludes our focus into protection and sheltering. Our bodies can't help but create that.
In this meditation I felt energy over the heart center and an extreme gratitude where I was moved to such intensity to bring tears of joy. It was a burst of ATP - conception - enery - life-light that shot out like a shockwave on the horizontal and stayed on that plane. The light that shown from that also cast beams vertically up and down, benefitting my body from that shockwave that was a combination of a total giving-ness of love gratitude and willingness for service (coming from me) and the immensity of power (coming from Divine). It was very clear we would never achieve a shockwave moving vertically and healing only the self. Healing the self would come as a result of our service, love and gratitude coming from a place of total committment to that cause out into the world.
It is important to do heart centered meditations, and engage in heart coherence activities like through HeartMath, and HRV that we teach through our programs. For the SELF and the WORLD.

When Affirmations Aren't The Answer

Drop the Bandaids and Pick Up the Keys to Your Health
The conversation for this blog was sparked by a client who dropped her purse. When we were both picking up the items to put back in the bag, I noticed she picked up both bandaids and keys. I suddenly had an answer to the question she started our appointment with.
When we first sat down, she had told me that she tried some products someone highly recommended and she wondered what I thought of them.
