The ODU Football season is officially in the books and Robbie is back after a long holiday weekend to talk about the season as a whole, the bad, really bad, but also some hope ODU showed throughout the year. 

It wasn't all bad in a season that finished 3-9. 

Both the ODU Women's and ODU Men's Basketball team took care of business at home over the last couple of days - we break down their performances and what to look forward to over the next couple of months. A lot of great things to come for two teams looking solid early on in the season. 

Another episode of "The Big Red Express" All ODU, All the time - and today we are focusing on a true ODU Icon that has made an impact on and off the court. We discuss the unveiling of Nancy Lieberman's statue on the campus of ODU, the legacy she has left, and the things she continues to do to be a light to the basketball community. 

Robbie opens up today's episode with thoughts and prayers going out to the victims and the community surrounding the tragedy at UVA. He dives into the ODU vs JMU football from Saturday, ODU Women's soccer ends their season in defeat at the NCAA Tournament, ODU Volleyball geared up for Conference Tournament, and an exclusive conversation with ODU Women's Soccer Coach Angie Hind from last week. 

Robbie is back with another episode of The Big Red Express "All ODU, All The Time!" Today we preview the Royal Rivalry matchup between Monarchs of ODU and the visiting Dukes of JMU. What storylines to look forward to as you watch the game, records that could be broken, and who needs to step up! A pivotal game for both programs and we break it down! 

For the third straight year - ODU Field Hockey was snubbed by the committee and did not earn a spot in the NCAA Championship Tournament. I discuss what needs to be done, how frustrating it is, and look to what can be done to make sure the best teams get into the tournament every year.

The first couple of events of the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games have been announced, and we are here to chat about it and give our thoughts. It's introducing a new era of The CrossFit Games, not only by the name but who isn't in the field. Should be a games to remember. 

It's the week of the "Last Chance Qualifier" and instead of talking about who is going to be the last one's in, we talk about accountability. Accountability towards athletes, judges, and Top CrossFit Brass... It doesn't get talked about enough, but let's be honest, it's probably the most important thing in this sport.

A busy weekend of Virtual CrossFit Semifinals happen this week. Between the Brazil CrossFit Championships, CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown, and The German Throwdown, a total of 36 spots are up for grabs and they'll all be competing virtually.

Just ahead of some of his athletes competing at the West Coast Classic this weekend, we catch up with one of the most dynamic coaches in CrossFit. Justin Cotler...

Owner of Dynamix Fitness NYC (formerly CrossFit Dynamix). He is also currently the USAFF (United States Functional Fitness) National Team Head Coach. Justin has coached multiple CrossFit Games teams and individuals over the last 10 years, including Podium finisher Kari Pearce. He was also the head coach of the 2x NPGL champion DC Brawlers, and was the 2014 NPGL Coach of the Year.

The second semifinal weekend is upcoming and we chat and give a preview of The Granite Games. The second of the North American semifinals, featuring much of the future of the CrossFit Games moving forward.
