Steph Curry and the Warriors won the 2022 NBA Finals, Bradley Beal seems like he's ready for a new team, and Drake new Album gets mixed reviews?!

NBA Finals is headed to Boston with the series tied 1-1. Steph Curry's legacy isn't dependent on this year's NBA Finals, Tatum wants to be Kobe soooo bad, and Yates and I need a bet to hit!

The Suns put one of the most disappointing performances in NBA playoff history, Jason Tatum steps up big for the Celtics to get by the former Champs, and Luka Doncic might be taking over the league.

We're back after a two week hiatus and A LOT has happened. Embiid and the Sixers almost scared the whole city of philadelphia, Chris Paul had a historic game, and it may be that time to blow up the Jazz. 

The MVP race is the closest it's ever been and the Lakers have underperformed and missed the playoffs as a whole. Also, who is the favorite to win the NBA Playoffs.

Will Smith Slaps Chris Rock, all of the teams in the men's final four are blue bloods, and Jason Tatum has the Celtics in the number one slot in the east. 

March Madness is happening in the NBA since six different players have scored at least 50 points and the College games in March haven't disappointed either. Also, there was some talk about jerseys... 

Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving put the team on their back and ruined the Ben Simmons hate party in Philly. We discuss what went wrong for the 76ers and where they go from here.

Harden shines in his 76ers debut while DeMar DeRozen seems to be catching some late MVP steam after another 35 point performance. Also, What the hell is going on with Zion???

THe NBA trade Deadline is the most exciting time of the year and there were many trades made, but none of them were bigger than the blockbuster trade between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Brooklyn Nets. Ben Simmons finally gets out of the city of no love and gets traded to the Nets for James Harden. Both Yates and Billy are excited to see the beard in Philly, but for different reasons.   

Many have been waiting for trades to come down the pipeline now that the Trade deadline is near, and we finally got our first one between the Trailblazers and the Clippers. The trade and recent reports lead us to believe that there will be more trades in the near future. Also, the NFL has been under siege for their lack of black Head coaches and owners represented in their league; Yates and Bill give their thoughts on the matter.  

The Odds Leader in the MVP race faced off against Anthony Davis and the Lakers and it was a telling matchup. Yates and Bill Don't see eye to eye on a young budding star in the NBA and it gets a little heated.  

The Holiday break is over and TBD returns with a special guest from the ACC Network and ESPN Radio, Jordan Cornette. Jordan talks about his life with his new baby and his thoughts on some young stars in the NBA. Also, he makes two big confessions that may make Yates and Bill revoke his black card. 

We are inching closer to trade season and the Ben Simmons Trade talks seem to be heating up fast, the guys weigh the teams' options of return value for their disgruntled star. The Lakers seem to be in the dumps so far this season as they continue to struggle and lack continuity. Also, a discussion brews about "the Grandma code of conduct" and Kanye x Drake's concert last night. 

This week the guys give their top five players they would pay to see play in NBA, top three underrated fun players to watch, and somehow they dissect Yates fear of Wales.  

Thanksgiving is just around the corner but it seems like Zion Williamson has already started feasting and has put on his holiday weight. The Suns are the latest professional sports team to have perpetually cultivated a racist and misogynistic environment and we try to unpack the Travis Scott fatal concert. 

Ja Morant seems to be determined to show the league why he should've been drafted higher than Zion, the Lebron-less Lakers played well while Russ seemed to look like his old self, and we try to iron out the details of what a real dynasty is.   

DeAndre Ayton didn't receive the Max exstention he wanted; many of us were surprised and wondered why the suns didn't give him the compensation he felt he deserved after helping them get to the Finals last season. Ben Simmions has continued to be the thorn in the 76ers side and probably won't play in a Sixers uniform this season. Opening night of the NBA season was a great show but not so much for the Lake Show. 

Too much news to cover this week, Ben Simmons just decided to surprise the Sixers and pop up at the Wells Fargo Center, Kyrie has taken his "free thinker" persona too far and is now in deep water with the Nets, and Jon Gruden has lost his job for being ignorant and discriminatory to many marginalized groups. 

After a long hiatus, we are finally back! Billy and Yates tip off the season by dissecting their favorite teams and the many storylines that are associated with them. Also, the guys sound off on the latest NBA rule change and you may be surprised by what is said... 

The Lakers got Russell Westbrook to come to LA and play alongside LeBron James and Anthony Davis. Will that work? When will the 76ers trade Ben Simmons, and what will they receive in return for him? Davion Mitchell went Top 10 in the draft this year, how did he get here? Houston was the biggest winner in the NBA draft this year.  

We are in the midst of the NBA Finals and we try to figure out if Giannis can bring the Bucks back from the dead and if Devin Booker and the Suns can get back on track and end the Bucks season. Also, why does Giannis not get the credit that other stars get when they have a great performance? In other news, the USA Men's National basketball team seems to be struggling out the gate and many people are trying to put the blame on Kevin Durant and we are trying to figure out why? 

This week, the NBA Finals is under way and the Point God, Chris Paul, is having a hell of a playoff run. The Bucks are wounded, but could that bring the most out of a particular player. Olympics says there will be no fans at this year's games and the US won't have their fastest female sprinter either. 

There was litany of respect that was given in this episode but y'all need to to give your own... Scottie Pippen is picking at old scabs by calling the great Phil Jackson racist out of nowhere. Paul George is playing at an elite level and could finally start to fill the shoes of the nickname "Playoff P." Clearly Devin Booker is just Devin Booker and not Kobe, glad we all could come back down to earth. Sydney Mclaughlin and Athing Mu stole the show of the Track & Field Olympic Trials, so we gave them their flowers. 

There was a long discussion this week on how and why the Philadelphia 76ers folded their season like origami, even though they gave themselves the easiest route to get to the Finals. James Harden and KD did as much as they could to try and propel the Nets past the Bucks but it just wasn't enough. Also, the league is making rule changes to stop players like Harden and Trae Young from changing their shot angle to draw fouls. Lastly, we highlight the stars of the Track & Field Olympic trials.     

This week, we try to recap the NBA playoffs by discussing the Sixers and Hawks series and how Joel Embiid may be on his last leg. Nets keep losing warriors to go to battle with and what's going to be the outcome of this Jazz Clippers series?

This week we discuss the polarizing topic of mental health in sports and how its changing the thought process of pro athletes like Naomi Osaka. The NBA playoffs are in full swing and they guys break down their thoughts on why playoff hoops is completely different than the regular season. Also, with the uptick of fans being allowed back in arenas many fans are acting privileged and entitled by assuming they can treat players any which way. The guys have strong feelings about their behavior.  

This week we have a special guest on the Pod, Terrika Foster, Producer of the ESPN Podcast 'Around the Rim' so she joined us to discuss a bevy of topics. Terrika shared her experience giving away WNBA league passes on twitter and how that movement was fulfilling for her aan the effect it will have on the league going forward. We touched on many more WNBA story lines as well as breaking down our personal--ethnic--rules to playing spades and uno. 

The neverending Tim Tebow experiment continues now that his old friend-Urban Meyer-is now the head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Meyer has signed his former Heisman winning quarterback to his new team to play Tight End. Yet Kaepernick can't get a... Nvm. Russell Westbrook passes Oscar Robinson for the most triple doubles. Let's just say things got heated... and to cap off the day we discuss the Beal and Bazemore beef.      

Word on the street is that Aaron Rodgers is out of Green Bay and trying to strong arm the front office to find him a new home. Russell Westbrook is putting up video game numbers, per usual, and he and Bradley Beal have the Wizards looking like a team no one wants to run into. Dk Metcalf is trading in his cleats for spikes this weekend as he test his speed in the USATF Journey to Gold Series meet. Also, Yates airs his grievances with red cars getting hit more than others. 

We delayed our Pod this week due to the NFL Draft and good thing we did because Yates claims he's in the "Fandom Portal" after his Patriots drafted Mac Jones. Billy's Eagles drafted DeVonta Smith with the tenth pick that left him feeling content with his team's decision. The Wizards and the Suns are ona tear right now and the guys believe they aren't getting enough flowers, so they breakdown why they're having so much success. Oh yea, Kevin Porter Jr had a 50 point game... 

A conversation about Top 15 players overall and various different player comparison conversations were brewing throughout the past week so it it got us thinking, what actually makes players great players? Lonzo Ball lost his team the game on sunday afternoon because he wasn't paying attention to the game plan. There are many levels to KD this week that need some attention. 

Julian Edelman announces his retirement and many start questioning whether or not he deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. Steph Curry dropped 50 and is playing out of his mind right now. For some odd reason, people keep trying to pin Curry and IA against one another?? We are still in the middle of one of the biggest criminal cases in our nation's history, and yet, there are still a bevy of police shootings happening in the same city of Minnesota and nationwide.    

The College Basketball season has come to an end and Baylor Bears where the last team standing this season. The Bears gave us the three NBA. Draft prospects that could all go in the first round, a redemption story like no other, and a dominate championship run. Also, ESPN dropped a questionable Top NBA under-25 list of players.  

Howie Roseman is a clown and continues to embarrass the Philadelphia Eagles organization. Y'all can have Zack Wilson and Mac Jones, we are taking the king from Georgia, Justin Fields. Juwan Howard coached his team to the Elite Eight without his best player, Give that man his flowers. Everyone Please get off KD back, thanks - Management!  

We took a short break to let you guys immerse yourselves into March Madness and watch your brackets crumble just like ours. UVA, WVU, and OSU all lose early in the tournament but there were surprising sweet sixteen teams like Loyola Chicago, Oral Roberts and Syracuse. Lakers are without Anthony Davis and LeBron James, what does this mean for the Lakers going forward? Who do you think is the better player, Kyrie Irving or Allen "The Answer" Iverson? 

We are now past the All-Star break and teams are getting ready for the playoffs. The Nets have been in acquisition mode all season but they may have pushed their team over the top with their latest move to grab Blake Griffin after he was bought out by the Pistons. LaMarcus Aldridge and Andre Drummond are notable bigs that are rumored to be available on the trade block and the buyout market. Also, with the uptick of threes taken in the NBA, many are wondering if the three-point shot is ruining the game.  

Jay Williams teamed up with Overtime to create a league for High School hoopers where they will be able to get paid to play, diversified coaching staffs are the blueprint to winning culture, It's time to Concede to Embiid, and it's Finally the All-Star break...Well Kinda.  

Russell Wilson seems like he could be fed up with the rainy days in Seattle and could void his no trade clause if the Seahawks don't get their act together. The only two names that should be involved in the MVP race should be Joel Embiid and James Harden, we're not sorry if your feelings are hurt. Should Kobe be the new NBA logo?! Yates and Billy close the show by discussing the viral video that circulated social media with Cam Newton and the 7on7 teen this past weekend. 

I guess Trump was right that bad things happen in Philadelphia because the Carson Wentz trade to the Indianapolis Colts broke today and obviously Billy had strong feelings about it. Then, Meek Mill decided to reference Kobe in a distasteful verse of one of his newest songs and of course Yates had some choice words for the Philly rapper.  

Tom Brady just won his 7th Super Bowl and defeated the next eminent Quarterback in the NFL, Patrick Mahomes. Yates and and Billy are pissed because the Chiefs lost both of them some money because Tyreek Hill didn't score a TD. The NBA All-Star game fan votes have been released and the guys have a few gripes with who made the list. Also, they discuss Gorilla Glue in hair and Yate's bed frame saga...  

Everyone seemed to question the Nets ability to win games and work cohesively when they were first assembled especially when Kyrie had his leave of absence, but they seem to be settling in now. Brad Beal is playing at an elite level and yet he is losing, but to make matters worse he seems to be okay with losing since he told everyone he doesn't want to be traded. Also, the guys chat about triple doubles, Carson Wentz, and MVP Embiid. 

Another wild week in the books as the TBD guys breakdown their thoughts on the debut of the three headed monster-KD, Kyrie, and Harden- in Brooklyn, Joel Embiid's MVP case, Eagles new head coach, and the battle of Rodgers and Brady. 

There was an immense amount of new this week and it seemed as if it happened all in one day, from the impeachment of Donald Trump for the second time to the blockbuster trade involving James Harden, Caris LeVert, and Victor Oladipo. This week the guys unpack it all!

'Tis the season for giving and boy did social media give us a lot; from James Harden videos with strippers, to many of us gaining our superpowers. Also, the NBA started back up and there were a lot of new faces on new teams so we rapped about that too.     

James Harden is back in H-Town after eating Honey Buns with lil baby, but he's still clamoring to get out of there while The Greek Freak is in Milwaukee and just got paid to the biggest contract in NBA history. The guys discuss all of this and more on their latest episode. 

This week the guys discuss Billy's funky Eagles and the quarterback controversy that has curated over the duration of this season. Also, they talk about the high possibility of James Harden landing in philly and the never ending saga between LBJ and Kyrie.   

In this weeks episode on TBD, Yates and Billy dissect the 2020 NBA Draft, as well as, the multiple trades that have altered the trajectory of many NBA teams for the upcoming season. Also, the guys had to talk about the potential play of the year in the NFL that's now known as the "Hail Murray."
