Whatever is...
The biblical worldview presents us with a story that at the very beginning, we were flourishing in the presence of God. The very last story shows us once again flourishing in Jesus' presence for the rest of eternity. In this episode, we take some time to bring ourselves back to a place of flourishing in the present regardless of your circumstances.
Where We've Been
We started this podcast then took an intentional pause. We'll explain why we felt that was necessary given the current cultural climate and our desire to be people who are quick to listen and learn. Here we are again, with a posture of humility.
Come and Rest
We invite you to engage with us in a rhythm called Sabbath. This is where we get to enjoy Jesus and the rest he provides. This mindfulness practice will help you set yourself apart for this Sabbath rhythm.
Introduction
Noticing
In a world that talks about practicing mindfulness, we want to call attention to the fact that noticing and mindfulness are biblical concepts for the sake of our transformation and full human flourishing.
