S2E2 Easy On Me
Thank you so much for listening! It's a long awaited episode where I talk about meditation. Think of this as the first episode in a minitation series (mini mediation episodes). This is the one where I tell you the three things I learned after a few years of self-taught/app-guided meditation that I wish I knew as a beginner. Hopefully this inspires you to give meditation a try and not overthink it! I promise you once you just let go, it's like a walk in the park :-)

S2E1 Bag Lady
Thank you so much for listening! Y'all, ya girl is going through it so this episode is all about accountability for what I'm going through. If you have something to say that's not about me (i.e. about whom you speculate this might be about), keep it to yourself because we might have to fight lol. I'm nowhere near perfect and this episode was much more of a release for me so I don't carry this sh*t into the future. While I hope things can be resolved, I think I'm in a good enough space to be okay whatever the outcome is. Regardless, pray for ya girl 💜

Wake Up
Thank you so much for listening! This episode was requested by my friend Agnes and is about waking up earlier/becoming a morning person. I'll be honest, I think being a morning person is just part of who I am, HOWEVER, I'm throwing in some tips on how you can transition to getting up earlier if you're interested. If you're a night owl, no shame here! Live your best night life. Remember you should be living for you and what works best for your situation.

Live Your Life Like It's Golden
Thank you so much for listening! This episode tells the story of the time I cut off almost all of my hair and what a liberating experience it was. If you're struggling with who you are or being a people pleaser, let this episode give you some comfort. Even if you're not struggling, I hope this episode leaves you inspired to do something you may have been putting off for whatever reason. I don't judge. I appreciate you and hope you enjoy!

Thank you so much for listening! This week I have one of my best friends, Chianne, join me on the show. Not Your Average: Being Authentic
Thank you so much for listening! Today we're going beyond putting yourself out there (listen to episode 4) and talking about being authentic. I'm sharing some of my least proud moments where I wasn't really true to myself in the hopes that I encourage you to get out there and be true to who you are. Don't be ashamed of anything you like or like to do. Do you, boo.

Put Yourself Out There
Hey hey! Were you looking for me? Sorry there's no song reference for this title ;)
I'm still here, just had to get myself together after a family loss. This episode is all about putting yourself out there, the delicate topic of self-promotion. How can you self-promote without coming across as spammy or bragging? Are you so worried about coming across that way that you don't say anything about any of your work/projects? Well the latter is me and I'm working on it and so should you. So let's work on it together! This episode is about what I learned from a few readings (see below) and some practical applications. Let's improve on promoting our work together and check in at a later date.

The theme isn't to replace setting goals for yourself, but sets the stage for all of the goals you will set throughout the year.
